    Medical Detailing Rep - Mpumalanga

    About the role

    • The Medical Detailing Representative is responsible for managing an assigned territory, planning and executing regular engagements with healthcare professionals to achieve call rate and coverage targets. The role focuses on delivering effective detailing of Reckitt brands to drive recommendations, script share, and market growth, while supporting CPD engagement and pharmacy training initiatives. Accurate CRM reporting and alignment to cycle plans are essential to ensure data-driven execution and performance.

    Your responsibilities
    Healthcare Professional Engagement & Education:

    • Conduct face-to-face detailing calls with HCP’s (Specialists, GP’s, Clinic Sister, Physiotherapists, and Pharmacists/Pharmacist assistants).
    • Deliver clinical education and product training sessions to ensure HCPs understand the benefits, appropriate use, and safety profiles of Reckitt’s products.
    • Facilitate CPD-accredited educational sessions for doctors and pharmacists.
    • Support activations for doctors and pharmacists, ensuring engagement with key therapeutic areas.

    Pharmacy Engagement:

    • Provide in-depth product training and clinical detailing and updates to pharmacy staff.
    • Educate pharmacists on best practices for patient counselling related to Reckitt’s portfolio.

    Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance Support:

    • Report adverse events and product complaints in line with Reckitt’s pharmacovigilance policies.
    • Communicate updates on PI label changes and ensure HCPs are informed of any regulatory changes.

    Operational & Administrative Responsibilities:

    • Log all detailing calls and interactions in the company’s CRM system honestly and accurately.
    • Manage monthly budgets related to travel, activations, and educational initiatives.
    • Prepare and submit reports infield activities, HCP engagement, and market insights.

    Industry Events & Continuous Learning:

    • Attend and represent Reckitt at relevant medical conferences, trade shows, CPD events, CME event, Round Table etc.
    • Stay up to date with medical and scientific developments relevant to Reckitt’s product portfolio.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align educational efforts with broader medical marketing strategies.

    The experience we're looking for

    • Minimum BSc Degree or Similar Qualifications in the line with HCP’s (e.g. Physiotherapist, Biokinetics, Pharmacy Related Qualification)
    • Prior experience as a Medical Detailing Representantive preferable
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

    Snr Trade Marketing Manager Home (Category and Commercial Strategy Lead)

    About the role

    • A key member of the Country Sales team, the Senior Trade Marketing Manager drives excellence in 4P in-store execution across key customers and accounts. The role focuses on developing category expertise, building strong customer partnerships, and driving profitable sales growth.
    • Leading category management strategy development and implementation, the role aims to increase in-store presence, strengthen brands, optimize product assortment, and enhance promotional effectiveness. Working closely with Key Account Managers, the incumbent defines and drives category trade marketing KPIs, analyses customer performance, and recommends in-store actions to strengthen Reckitt’s position within the category.

    Your responsibilities

    • Lead and own the category and brand 4P strategy (Product, Price, Promotion and Placement), including P&L management and performance delivery.
    • Drive the monthly forecasting process across brands, SKUs and customers, providing data-driven insights to support commercial decisions and achieve business targets.
    • Develop, execute and evaluate promotional strategies across customer channels, ensuring maximum effectiveness and return on investment through post-promotion analysis.
    • Monitor distribution performance, identify growth opportunities and partner with Sales teams to close gaps and improve market coverage.
    • Oversee all in-store marketing and point-of-sale (POS) activities, ensuring best-in-class execution aligned with brand strategy and objectives.
    • Lead the planning and execution of product launches and innovations across key customer accounts.
    • Define, monitor and drive Trade Marketing KPIs to deliver category and commercial objectives.
    • Build strong collaborative relationships with Key Account Managers and Customer Team Leaders to ensure seamless execution and customer engagement.
    • Analyse sales and market performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth.
    • Develop and present category growth strategies to customers, positioning the business as a trusted category partner.
    • Continuously improve the sales operating model to enhance execution, efficiency and business performance.
    • Coach, mentor and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture and building future leadership capability.

    The experience we're looking for

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG Sales within a Key Account Management environment.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Trade Marketing Manager role, with demonstrated success in driving category and commercial objectives.
    • FMCG industry experience is advantageous, with a strong understanding of consumer-driven markets and trade dynamics.
    • Previous experience managing and developing teams is advantageous.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is required, with proven ability to analyse and interpret commercial data.
    • Experience working with syndicated and retailer data sources, including Nielsen and Shoprite REX, is essential.
    • Strong understanding of customer channels, including Modern Trade, Drug and Traditional Trade.
    • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle

    Accounts Receivable Assistant

    About the role

    • Responsible for managing the accounts receivable function for an assigned customer portfolio, while fostering strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to support sales growth, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to overall business success.

    Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months.

    Your responsibilities

    • Building a relationship of trust & partnership with customers. 
    • Management of company receivables & collections from customers. 
    • Ensuring timely settlement of customer payables (trade spends etc.) 
    • Periodic reconciliation of customer accounts. 
    • Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes. 
    • Review process performance and report out performance dashboards.

    The experience we're looking for

    • BCom Accounting or Finance preferred
