Job Description

The successful candidate will be well skilled in English and be in possession of minimum Grade 12 certificate coupled with at least 2 years relevant experience.  The main duties will include but are not limited to:

• Answering of busy switchboard
• Client liaison
• General administrative support to the HR department and all other departments as required
• Typing of general correspondence
• Arrange Travel itenary
• Maintain appointment calendar
• Schedule or contract meeting facilities
• Purchasing stationery and supplies for the office

Job description essentials: 

• Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts
• Must be computer literate and experienced in MS Excel 
• Attention to detail. Must be able to pick up mistakes and correct them
• Must have working knowledge of Infosoft/X3/ICE
• Work extremely accurate and well under pressure 
• Be able to reconcile and prepare account statements for payment 

Requirements Include: 

• Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English 
• Excellence client service and interpersonal relations 
• Timekeeping and planning
• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Work well under pressure and willing to work over time if needed

Duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Lead the periodic stock counting process
• Daily stock labeling and zoning check / audit
• Solid ability to Investigate variances and report back on it
• Manage required stock recons and journal entries
• Ensure proper stock management processes are in place and implement actions to improve the process

Requirements

• Strong Sage Evolution experience ESSENTIAL
• Working in a highly complex environment
• Valid drivers license
• Five years experience as a Stock Controller and proven experience or supervising a team required.
