    Lead Product Manager - Cape Town CBD

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Leading individuals across functions to deliver products and ensure product vision is implemented effectively
    • Working with multiple teams across the business and all internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage, design and build highly effective product strategies and roadmaps
    • Help influence and maintain a frontend platform roadmap based on our architectural goals
    • Work with the data and/or UX teams to research, prototype, test and validate ideas around our design system, tooling and frontend architecture
    • Driving the development of new products or product changes and enhancements aligned with our user’s needs
    • Actively participate with product managers and the product development teams to define product requirements and specifications
    • Drive strategic product communications across the organization (e.g. decision narratives, product updates, tracking of successes and failures) internally and externally with business leaders and all relevant stakeholders
    • Drive alignment on product features, business metrics, and business strategies across the organisation
    • Identify business opportunities to expand, automate, or optimize our product offering
    • Market and competitor research and insights
    • Facilitate and drive innovation of new products that align with business strategy and user needs
    • Evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
    • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues or bottlenecks that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
    • Partner management and commercial negotiations
    • Margin management from an income statement and product perspective

    Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • BA or BS in a technical field
    • 8+ years of product management experience in a leadership capacity’ - including developing technical products in a high growth environment, from inception to delivery
    • A strong technical background with software development or technical management experience, and an understanding of the software development life cycle
    • Experience working on projects with cross functional teams in an Agile environment
    • Business Development or Growth Management experience and experience in creating campaigns and driving product awareness
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data and information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including executives and technical/non-technical leaders
    • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
    • Experience in owning a suite of products and defining long-term product strategy and vision aligned with the customers need in mind
    • Experience creating complex technical and functional specifications aligned with business requirements and customer needs
    • Previous experience in / with the informal, banking or retail industry will be an advantage
    • Previous experience in using a mix of legacy and new modular systems to deliver outcomes
    • The ability to work with and influence remote teams
    • Strong and supportive leader with a proven track record
    • Budgeting and forecasting experience

    Creative Digital Lead - Western Cape

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Designing and developing digital content for web and social media, including animation/motion graphics and video editing.
    • 360 creative conceptualising of all branded communications - you will have the opportunity to shape all aspects of a brand from static design to moving image.
    • Working to briefs and deadlines, delivering beautifully finished assets in a timely manner.
    • Designing and developing digital content for web and social media, including animation/motion graphics and video editing.
    • Getting signoff/approval before finalising artwork.
    • Adapting and rolling out approved concepts to various media platforms. 
    • Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour platform specific.

    • Be comfortable working with internal stakeholders on creating agile, frictionless solutions to creative output. This includes planning, troubleshooting and prioritisation.

    Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Tertiary qualification in Art Direction or related fields.
    • 8+ years’ experience in digital design and art direction, agency experience is preferred.
    • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
    • Experience using After Effects – Not essential but desirable.
    • Adept at digital design forms. Ie. Designing for social media templates such as Instagram, FaceBook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and Linkedin.
    • Expert Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Keynote, Google Docs.

    Digital Campaign Manager - Cape Town CBD

    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build, plan and execute a comprehensive paid digital marketing campaign strategy. This should include social media, Google advertising and external media buying.
    • Manage the placement and scheduling of digital ads to reach the right audience at the right time
    • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
    • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign elements and strategies
    • Optimize campaigns for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase online visibility
    • Conducting keyword research and recommending optimizations. Ad copy creation and testing
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

    Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric
    • Degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, communications or a related discipline would be an advantage.
    • Certification in Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint would be an advantage.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in running campaigns and managing budgets.
    • Experience in the informal market will be an advantage.
    • Experience in formal retail will be an advantage.
    • Experience in identifying highly targeted audience segments and devising targeted digital campaigns for these audiences.
    • Solid knowledge of data led decision making and utilising data insights for digital marketing initiatives.
    • Ability to speak and write an African Language will be advantageous
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Experience with using tool such as but not limited to -  Ads Manager (META, X, Tik Tok, LinkedIn), Looker Studio, Brandwatch, Ad Dynamo, Google Analytics, Google Ads

    SKILLS:

    • Management skills: As a campaign manager you will formulate marketing plans. You will also from time to time need to guide the team and agency.
    • Strong Communication skills: Written and Verbal
    • Project management skills: As a campaign manager you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns. You will need to manage the organisation’s output effectively and intervene if things are going off-track.
    • Numerical skills: An additional factor favoured, campaign managers need to be good with words and numbers. You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyse the success or otherwise of campaigns.
