We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics / Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms.  This individual will work closely with our marketing team to develop graphics for but not limited to advertisements, social media, and promotional materials. Additionally, the Graphics / Web Designer will be responsible for designing and updating our websites to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.  

Responsibilities: 

• Conceptualize graphic design ideas.
• Create eye catching graphics while adhering to company brand guidelines, for print and digital media.
• Strategize with marketing team on marketing and graphic design plans and campaigns
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and ensure all design work is delivered on time.  
• UX and UI design and maintenance of the company websites
• Maintain consistency across all designs to strengthen the brand visual identity and message.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, software and continually improving skills to provide cutting edge designs.
• Conducting the internal review process to ensure accuracy, quality and that all specifications have been met before deadline.
• Manage the content creation including taking photos, videos, using the drone etc.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 and / or similar qualification
• At least 4 Years experience in graphic design, marketing and similar fields
• Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierPro) and web design tools such as WordPress or HTML/CSS
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Be proactive in ideas, creativity and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with SEO and web analytics is a plus.
• Understanding of commercial real estate and hospitality industry is a plus.
• Self-starter.
• Qualification and / or experience in operating a drone will be an added advantage.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Shop Fitter to join our team and assist in the planning, installation, and maintenance of retail shop displays and fixtures and other installation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, joinery, and construction, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing retail environments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management and clients to plan and execute shop fit-out and tenant installation projects.
• Measure and cut materials, assemble fixtures, and install displays according to blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure that all fixtures and displays are securely installed and meet safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing shop fixtures and displays.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment needed for projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Tertiary / Vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry, cabinet making or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Shop Fitter, Carpenter, or similar role.
• Strong carpentry and joinery skills, with the ability to work with a variety of materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a retail environment is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and own tools are preferred.

• Installation of kitchen cabinets and hardware according to client and / or management specifications and design plans.
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling cabinets to ensure proper fit and alignment. 
• Repair or replace existing cabinets as needed.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a cabinet installer or carpenter.
• Knowledge of cabinet installation techniques and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• A tertiary qualification and / or certification in cabinetry or carpentry will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with kitchen, bathroom and other remodeling projects.
• Familiarity with a variety of cabinet styles and materials.
