    Talent Manager - Bellville

    Job Purpose

    • Formulate and implement talent management strategies, framework, programs and initiatives to meet the aspirations of employees identified in the talent pool in order to develop and retain the right talent by aligning the career development and succession plan of high performers to organisational strategic goals and objectives and thereby enhance business performance.

    Accountabilities

    • Drive development and implementation of Talent Management Strategy and ensure adoption of relevant frameworks as applicable to the business
    • Ensure a robust talent pipeline for the business through career development pathways, graduate programme, bursary programme and other external pipeline as deemed necessary
    • Drive development of functional and leadership capability management plans
    • Create talent analytics and trend analysis through dashboards to enable better business decisions

    Education Qualification

    Quality Assurance Administrator - Benoni

    Job Purpose

    • To ensure safety by ensuring OHS (ACT) Compliance, no fatalities occur on-site, no LTI incidents, and no critical /major findings
    • To ensure efficiency by process standardization, developing robust products, capacity creation, and reduction of cycle time
    • To ensure quality by obtaining SAHPRA site compliance, QMS /Cipla compliance, maintain RFT process/documents standards, and have no critical/major findings post inspections/ audits
    • To ensure the development of current staff, and ensure the staff are performance-driven
    • To ensure the overall reduction in site costs with regards to OPEX reduction, waste reduction, ensure RFT batches by reducing OOS, OOT, and deviations, ensure there are no write-offs of batches
    • To assist in new product development and/ or technology transfers

    Engineering Manager - Benoni

    JOB PURPOSE

    • Implement Engineering strategy at site by managing Engineering services to maintain plant , machinery and facility at high performance levels through optimization of available resources.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Prepare, monitor, and control Capex and Opex across site to reduce costs
    • Project Management
    • Qualification of HVAC and Utilities
    • Continuous Improvement
    • Oversee unique planner implementation for planned preventive maintenance & instrument calibrations to enable effective maintenance and adherence to standards
    • Optimise breakdown maintenance to avoid recurrence and maintain continuous process operations by reviewing critical parts availability and PPM adherence to schedule
    • Supervise Engineering Operations like Utilities and Systems for Mirren site to ensure continuous utility maintenance and availability
    • Identify new vendors and technologies and ensure capability building of engineering team through training and experiential learning to improve machine performance
    • Create and monitor safety standards along with HSE to achieve high level of Safety at site to minimize reportable accidents/ incidences
    • Oversee implementation of automation and resource conservation projects (electrical, thermal, energy saving & water saving) by evaluating its returns, scope and implementation feasibility to reduce cost and make the plant energy sustainable
    • Drive / Support Unit Team for execution of Brownfield and Greenfield projects by reviewing schedule, budgets, and timelines in order to ensure smooth project execution
    • Create and monitor high level of quality standard along with QA for the facility, machinery, and documentation system in department
    • Capability building, Team Building through training and learning

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Engineering Graduate
    • GCC

    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    • 15 to 20 years of experience in manufacturing (Maintenance and Projects). At least 5 years in senior management role
    • Good technical knowledge of Pharma / API machinery and utility requirements
    • Good knowledge and experience in execution of green field projects
    • Knowledge of GMP and various regulatory requirements
    • Good leadership skills and experience in industrial automation
