    Food Service Aid: Auxiliary Support

    REQUIREMENTS :

    • Render effective and efficient Human Resources services, Verify payroll and respond to payroll-related queries, Process employee benefits in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, Manage employee files and ensure proper record management in line with legislative requirements,
    • Oversee staff establishment processes, including appointments and maintenance of records, Administer termination of services in compliance with Public Service prescripts,
    • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including compiling memoranda for advertisement of posts, Arrange interview logistics, including booking venues and coordinating panels Verify and manage leave transactions on the Smartsheet system, Administer and monitor leave records for staff member,
    • Provide training and mentoring to junior staff ,Supervise and manage the performance of HR staff Providing monthly statistic and assist with Auditor General Queries. N.B. All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a relevant competency exercise.
