About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for performing design optimization and audit of a network to meet customer requirements. The position is applicable for the design & optimization of RAN. You will be engaged in the MS projects poll delivery including customer handling as well as KPI/field tuning and optimization.
The role focuses on executing design, audit, and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance, and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.

Identify add-on sales opportunities
Assist in the development of a service proposal
Participate in knowledge sharing activities
Collect and document customer requirements
You will bring
Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
Demonstrated ability in deploying system tests and leading a testing team.
Sophisticated technical knowledge in the network area of working (Radio, 2G/3G/4G and 5G would be a plus)
Knowledge of local OHS statutory regulations and group OHS requirements
Good communication skills

What you will do
Act as an end-to-end accountable and ambassador from the People Function's side toward the Domain
Execute global and local people processes within the designated units in the Domain across various SME areas (Recruiting, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, People Planning and Analytics, People Services).
Facilitate execution of organizational change initiatives and programs
Support and co-lead employee engagement initiatives
Represent People Function on selected management, governance teams and People-related projects.
You will bring
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Excellent analytical and presentation skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office
Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in Human Resources/People Function.
Human Resources and Disciplines Knowledge
Excellent articulation and communication skills, persuading & influencing, proactive, delivering results & able to work in tight deadlines
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management

Manage & support in creating the information

Support with travel for personnel

To be successful in the role you are
Relevant university degree
5 years of similar experience

Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge (Desired)
