    IT Intern

    Your areas of responsibility:

    • Providing 1st level telephone and deskside IT support, diagnosing or logging IT technical incidents and requests.
    • Adhering to IT service desk, service level requirements and priorities for optimal customer satisfaction.
    • Provide IT administrative office support and conduct IT maintenance to ensure correct IT standards.
    • Delivering on infrastructure device installations, moves, additions and exchanges, when needed.
    • Adhering to IT policies and procedures, standards, approved configurations, and user profiles.

    Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

    • Completed IT Degree or Technology Diploma. 
    • Minimum A+ and N+ or Security+ with certification.
    • 2 years competency in hardware, software and end-user support advantageous. 
    • Previous work exposure in an IT support department or IT call desk beneficial.
    • High MS Office proficiency.

    Senior - Human Resources Business Partner

    Your areas of responsibility:

    • Manage daily HR operations and ensure effective HR service delivery.
    • Partner with the business to identify and address learning needs.
    • Develop and implement learning and development strategies to build the leadership pipeline and support ongoing employee growth.
    • Prepare and manage annual training budget.
    • Support talent management and succession planning strategies to ensure long-term business continuity.
    • Support the full adoption of the FUCHS performance management system, driving accountability for individual and team performance.
    • Compile periodic HR reports and payroll input including all other employee mandated reports as it relates to Human Resources function.
    • Drive culture initiatives to foster a positive company culture.

    Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 to 5 years managerial experience.
    • Working knowledge of Labour Laws, Skills Development Act, SETA processes and regulations.
    • Proficiency in Success Factors learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
    • Knowledge of organisational development practices and change management interventions.

    Sustainability Graduate

    Your areas of responsibility:

    • Assist with implementation and monitoring of Social and Environmental Sustainability initiatives including:
    • Initiatives to minimise the company's footprint.
    • Empowerment initiatives including Socio-economic development, Enterprise and Supplier development, Skills development.
    • Maintain records and compile reports.
    • Conduct assurance audits.
    • Respond to queries on Sustainability.
    • Administrative support. 

    Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

    • Degree in Social Sciences, Commerce or Engineering.
    • Working knowledge of Sustainability.
    • Strong analytical, numeracy and report writing skills.
    • Computer literacy with MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Relevant work experience preferred, no more than 2 years.
