    Group Reservations Manager - Cape Town

    • We're on the hunt for a detail-driven, people-focused Group Reservations Manager to lead our central reservations team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love optimising systems and have a knack for making guests feel valued before they even check in—this role could be your perfect fit.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations of the reservations team across all our hotels and lodges
    • Train, lead, and support the reservations team to deliver exceptional service
    • Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
    • Maximise room occupancy and revenue through effective rate and inventory strategies
    • Coordinate closely with Sales, Front Office and Revenue teams
    • Monitor OTA listings for accuracy and ensure system consistency
    • Handle VIP, group, and corporate bookings with care and professionalism
    • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations and special requests
    • Analyse booking trends and generate performance reports

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a senior reservations or Reservations Manager role
    • Solid knowledge of PMS/CRS systems (Opera, Protel or similar)
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Confident handling high-pressure, fast-paced environments
    • Strong Excel and reporting skills
    • Previous experience in a Group Reservations Manager position will be advantageous

    Part-Time Breakfast Chef

    • Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking to make your mark in the kitchen? We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Breakfast Chef to join our team!

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Lead the kitchen team, inspiring and guiding employees to achieve excellence.

    Requirements:

    • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
    • Morning shifts from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with occasional lunch service.
    • Competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience.
