    Digital Data Analyst

    THE ROLE

    As a Digital Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to Plan, implement and manage the gathering and extraction of meaningful data that will drive key digital marketing strategy decisions, in line with business objectives and to address key challenges, by presenting clear, actionable recommendations. You will be responsible for creating clear research processes and run analytics on campaigns and monthly reporting.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to develop a point of view on our current and future business requirements, sketch its desired, flexible digital data-management architecture.
    • Contributing to the development of the digital data strategy and roadmap and ensuring it aligns and supports the business and technology roadmaps and enables the expected business outcomes.
    • Communicating solution approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders that address short term business needs but evolve to support long term needs and to align to the digital data roadmap.
    • Create clear research processes and methodologies to extract, test and benchmark data for specific clients and document findings and recommendations into presentable formats.
    • Produce regular monthly reports plus ad hoc client reports and dashboards
    • Analyse campaign performances, making suggestions for future improvements such as email and social media campaigns
    • Analyse and research website behaviour and identify potential improvements
    • Utilise and research new technologies and analytical methods that can be integrated into reporting to improve understanding of customers
    • To execute research on digital marketing trends and competitive benchmark analysis that will inform digital marketing strategies, by providing actionable insights that will form the basis for the digital marketing plan.
    • Collate research into industry market intelligence, while creating a knowledge base of key insights that will establish the company as a thought leader in digital marketing trends.
    • Work with Search Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing and Usability experts within the organisation to ensure effective execution of digital marketing strategies across all channels are in line with competitive analysis and trends.
    • Salesforce experience

    PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing research or in a digital analyst role, of which online research is essential and includes the use of Google AdWords, Google Trends, Social Media Insights and related tools.
    • Must have a strong business or entrepreneurial acumen and be comfortable interacting with and presenting at an executive level.
    • Should have a strong analytical mind and an ability to work handle data (extract and interpret) to drive business and marketing decisions.
    • Should have excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to give clear briefs and instructions to a team of researchers.
    • Exceptional Excel skills
    • Some knowledge of web tracking tools such as Google Analytics
    • Bachelor's degree demonstrating analytical ability

    Performance Marketing Manager

    THE ROLE

    • As the Performance Marketing Lead you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising display, search, and video campaigns together with our media agency. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level - from planning to implementation to reporting. Manage and optimise media buys (including digital display, search, social, mobile, etc.). Monitor the evolving media landscape and help develop best practices for the company. Develop a deep knowledge of all media platforms including Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Programmatic, and other premium media providers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Presenting proposals/strategies and media schedules to relevant stakeholders
    • Develop and implement scalable traffic acquisition strategies (via paid social, search engine marketing, display, affiliate, etc.) that drive high converting customers to our services.
    • Analyse KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure campaigns are maximizing performance. Handling the buying & negotiating of media across various vendors for campaigns.
    • Proactively expanding and improving campaigns based on business needs / KPIs. Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis on campaigns - presenting reports & media performance to business when required.
    • Staying up-to-date on latest platform changes, new channels, media landscape and best practises. Identify creative tactics and test quickly to attract new traffic, drive engagement and improve on-site conversion.
    • Actively identify areas for business growth & media opportunities to help drive revenue. Perform competitive analysis and competitive landscape research to suggest new campaign ideas and tactics to increase market share.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize landing page design and UX to improve on-site conversion rates. Landscape research to suggest new campaign ideas and tactics to increase market share.
    • Create fully connected & integrated campaign funnels to generate leads and customers. Audience building & Hyper-segmented Targeting & Remarketing strategies

    PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and web analytics
    • with pay-per-click (PPC) search engine, display, social media, video, and mobile advertising, social listening tools and analytics experience.
    • Strong Experience in working with the following tools and software: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Facebook Business, Twitter Business, excel, and keyword tools like SEMrush)
    • Strong experience with social ad platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Twitter
    • Ability to analyse data and trends in order to continually optimize media campaigns for efficient ROI, able to build compelling reports detailing campaign successes, ROI, and learnings
    • Strong experience with Google Adwords - annual certifications required, Facebook Blueprint - ongoing learning
    • Expert understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
