    Credentialing Specialist - Remote

    What You'll Bring:

    • BA/BS in business or finance or related field
    • Prior professional work experience required:  5+ years
    • Performance of due diligence examination and or investigation on more complex cases.
    • Authentication of end users permissible purpose/authorized uses based on local government regulations and laws. 
    • Assessment of certified intended use of services and or products requested on more complex customers.
    • Examination and investigation via Third Party tools and/or resources; as well as research of online resources that can be used as compensating resource equivalent to third party tools and/or resources.
    • Provide support to the Lead/Manager with various departmental initiatives
    • Support internal partners providing guidance and procedural updates specific to credentialing processes.
    • Document and maintain departmental processes. Provide support to the Team for QA accountability and assist the QA Team with questions or clarification on the QA process for Credentialing

    We'd Love To See:

    • Determination, verification and authentication of applicant’s federal, state, city/municipal and other government regulatory requirements including those on international soil
    • Assessment and determination of applicant’s business legitimacy based on local government requirements per applicable country
    • Enforcement of TransUnion policies regarding credentialing and ability to make recommended amendments to the same, based on working experience
    • Lead multiple special handling projects

    Director, Research & Consulting (Financial Services)

    What you’ll bring:

    • You will draw on your extensive experience in driving thought leadership initiatives within the financial services industry.
    • You have an understanding of credit data and solutions, and its’ applications within the financial services market.
    • You have experience in working with traditional and trended credit data and driving insights from data to address key business problems and telling an impactful story.
    • You have experience in conducting a quantitative research study from start to finish: designing the scope, analyzing the findings, and communicating it in a meaningful way to an audience of large scale.
    • You are highly credentialed, with several years of experience in increasingly senior roles at multiple financial institutions and/or consulting firms with a focus on retail banking.

    How you’ll contribute:  

    • As an authority on consumer credit, you will drive research and analytics projects around complex market dynamics, including ideation, study design, results analysis and final publication and implications to lenders and consumers.
    • You will evaluate those dynamics and their impact on customer needs, and translate those insights into actionable strategies and revenue-generating solution sets.
    • You will speak eloquently on behalf of TransUnion to share our insights at both our own conferences and at 3rd-party industry events.
    • You will drive our thought leadership more broadly as a TransUnion spokesperson to print, radio and television media outlets.
    • You will author articles based on our research for publication in industry-specific journals.
    • You will lead the development and ongoing execution of one or more Advisory Boards in your region, consisting of 10-14 senior leaders of lending organizations (customers and prospects) who provide insights and guidance on industry trends, TransUnion research studies and new product concepts.
    • You will support our sales teams through consulting as a financial services thought leader, helping our clients identify and address emerging challenges and opportunities in the marketplace.
    • You will help educate our sales teams on consumer lending concepts, including consumer behavior dynamics, regulatory issues, economic forces, risk and marketing drivers, and more. You will support the development of- and lead efforts to improve sales fluency and sophistication when discussing industry concepts and trends across a range of lending concepts and functions.
    • You will represent qualified expertise and immediate credibility on joint sales calls with acceptance as the subject matter expert, quotable resource and as the acknowledged industry consultant. In doing so, you will establish strong customer relationships built on trust, credibility, integrity, mutual respect and a sense of shared purpose.
    • You will attend various industry association functions and seminars to maintain your knowledge of industry trends, best practices and competitive product offerings. By staying abreast of industry changes, you will maintain your own expertise in our dynamic industry. You will also educate/inform both internal TransUnion management and also our customers regarding the impact of industry dynamics on customers and TransUnion clients.
    • Through all these efforts, you will drive the sense of TransUnion as an authority on lending and risk dynamics and a worthwhile, trusted partner to our clients and prospects.

    Consumer Quality Support Assoc Lead (Remote)

    What You'll Bring:

    • Manage daily operations of Consumer Quality associates related to productivity, timekeeping, performance, and all other relevant metrics
    • Handle review request and quality disputes
    • Work with various internal audit teams in order to provide requested date for internal and external exams
    • Ensure that all TransUnion and government guidelines, procedures and policies have been followed, and track levels of accuracy 
    • Provides trend data to site management team
    • Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
    • Delivers actionable data to various internal support groups as needed
    • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions with necessary colleagues
    • Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers
    • Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review
    • Collaborates with onshore teams to discuss process efficiencies
    • Executes other duties as assigned
    • A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.

    • Experience in a call center or quality services environment
    • Effective listening and communication skills (written and verbal) with strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
    • Capable of working independently in a remote setting
    • Ability to execute on decision making responsibilities
