Role Description

• The primary purpose of the Contact Centre Administrator role is to play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Contact Centre leadership team.
• The role is responsible for coordinating administrative activities, reporting, stakeholder communication, projects and events while maintaining high levels of accuracy, confidentiality and organizational efficiency.
• The role also supports continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and operational effectiveness.

Role Requirements

Qualification:

• Matric or NQF 4 equivalent
• Diploma in Business Management / Administration (advantageous)

Work Experience:

• 2- 3 years administrative experience
• Experience in supporting senior management
• Experience in compiling reports and presentations
• Experience with reporting and data analysis

Proficiency:

• Microsoft Office
• CRM Systems
• Virtual collaboration tools
• Multilingual (Afrikaans essential)

Additional:

• Valid motor vehicle license and reside in the are of the adverstise vacancy
