    District Sales Analyst

    The key purpose of this role is to provide District Sales Teams with deep-dives and localized sales analysis informed by centralized retail intelligence platform, resulting in localized insights in support of the District Business Plan.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Analysis of sales information to generate local insights Support District Manager with BusinessPlanning requirements Support District Manager with weekly insights and analysis across Sales teams.
    • Support Sales Managers with quarterly Sales Plans Localised deep dive and trend analysis
    • Weekly opportunity or issue identification for the sales teams
    • Analyse standard reporting packs and provide recommendations to Sales managers and to the District Manager
    • Daily, weekly & monthly reporting on performance down to sales rep level (Volume, Pricing, Retention, BEES, Trade Schemes, Availability, Calling, Promotions & Scorecards)
    • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of Sales Masterdata
    • Assisting Sales Managers and District Manager with Customer Free Beer Credits (FBC’s)
    • Purchase order creation and other PTP queries for Sales Managers and District Manager

    Profile:

    • B Com/or Related Business Degree
    • Experience 1 – 2 years Sales Experience would be advantageous
    • Excellent attention to detail, highly analytical
    • Good organisation and planning skills
    • Good Time management & communication skills
    • Ability to operate efficiently in a matrix environment
    • Superior knowledge of systems such as MS Office
    • Initiative and ability to analyze market trends (creativity, initiative)
    • Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal, influencing and internal customer liaison skills
    • Ability to make recommendations and implement changes in relation to internal customer needs (bias for action)

    Electronics Technician

    The key purpose of this role is responsibility for the management of the electronics repair center and the Flow calibration services.

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • Troubleshooting and the repair of electronic equipment on test instrumentation, meters and electromagnetic devices
    • Provide ongoing feedback on all repairs to stakeholders, in order to maintain ongoing communication with customers.
    • Identify the need for spare parts and maintain a database of all spare parts used/allocated for the repair of products
    • Ability to read and interpret a schematic diagram.
    • Identify the defects and failures of test instrumentation, meters and electromagnetic devices
    • Read and comprehend complex manuals and diagrams for product testing and fault finding
    • Prepare reports and maintain a detailed repair database on all products including cost savings
    • Calibration of Flow meters
    • Maintenance of the electronics laboratory and flow rig
    • Recommend preventative maintenance opportunities to customers, based on  findings from repairs

    Profile

    • Min. N6 Electronics/N6 Instrumentation/ND Electrical Engineering Light Current/Mechatronics Diploma
    • 1-4 Years’ experience in a similar role.

    Financial Controller

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    Agile Ways of Working  

    • As a squad member, this role is responsible for collaboration and embracing the change of agile ways of work, ensuring team accountability and shared responsibility.
    • It requires ownership of work on the sprint backlog, pushing the boundaries for excellent delivery and focus on root cause problem solving, using diverse and collective skills to support other members of the squad.

    Delivery outputs:

    • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles internally in line with global policies and externally with regards to Financial reporting standards
    • To ensure accurate reporting and appropriate governance of all elements contained on the balance sheet
    • Continuous improvement review and implementation for all processes housed in working capital
    • Engagement with all functions within the business to provide detailed review of the working capital performance & Balance sheet
    • Reviewing the impact of margin performance on all the elements of working capital
    • Overall release of balance sheet journal entries (accruals, sundry debtors, owner drivers, FI payments (third party payments), CMI claims, (inter depot claims)
    • Balance sheet reconciliation review and investigation for all balance sheet accounts
    • Managing the health of all balance sheet accounts in terms of ageing, validity of transactions within the account, debit transactions in credit accounts and vice versa
    • Providing Balance sheet commentary to the Zone Control team
    • Ensure the successful completion of month-end/Year-end calendar close activities
    • Timeous resolution of audit queries
    • Ensuring adherence and proper documentation for MICS and SOX
    • Providing ongoing financial accounting technical & business support to the zone for the balance sheet

    Profile:

    • Relevant 3 year university degree in accounting or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG environment, with 3 – 5 years prior related position experience required
    • Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint)
    • End to end SAP experience
    • Strong process knowledge
    • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
    • Ability to build productive working relationships –internally and externally
    • Strong interpersonal / business skills and time management skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    • Excellent stakeholder management
    • Ability to generate team cooperation
    • Analytical approach / good problem-solving skills
    • Capable of being entrusted with “confidential” information
    • Ability to be flexible with duties and scope of work
