Job Description
Bridge EngineerAECOM South Africa is looking for bridge engineers for the delivery of diverse local and international bridge projects.Design and planning of new bridges, culverts, and other road and rail structures in accordance with TMH7 and other relevant codes;Rehabilitation and upgrading design of existing bridges and drainage structures;Oversee the preparation of construction drawings;Preparation of project specifications and contract documentation;Inspection of bridges and culverts in accordance with TMH19;Applying the AECOM Quality Management System (QMS) in all work;Preparation of design reports.

The Practice Area Lead - Structures, will lead a large complement of junior, mid-level and senior Structures staff and provide mentorship, direction, and motivation on a daily basis and in a strategic manner to ensure AECOM remains an employer of choice for Structural skills.
