Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Business Line P&L ManagementMonitor performance throughout the month and during the close. 
• Monitor KPI’s for gross margin/multiplier, utilization, business development spent and overhead.
• Review AR-Unbilled- and other provisions on a monthly and quarterly basis and ensures that appropriate trading reserves are maintained
• Assist in reviewing of RFA submissions for WaR/RaR and coordinate submissions through Risk Committee Administrator.Facilitate reporting of monthly performances at Market Sector / Practice Area level in conjunction with Operations ManagersUtilization forecastingPrepare and maintain a consolidated utilization sheet for the African Business and manage monthly forecasts and updates.
• Assist on other related monthly resourcing forecasts and reporting.
• Pipeline ReportingDrives Salesforce Data Quality improvements.
• Facilitate monthly Sources of Revenue and Pipeline reporting.
• General Analytics and ReportingAssist in preparation of various business reports and presentations.
• Participate in any other tasks that may be identified to drive improved business reporting and operational performance, including but not limited to:Data quality reviewsMonth end activitiesPreparation of annual budgets (Plan) and monthly Out LooksR24 updatesCashflow analysisIdentifying and review of Risks & Opportunities

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of Accounting / Financial Analysis experience.Ability to successfully handle large data sets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently (self-starter), as well as part of a group.
• Must be a team player and able to meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Excel.

REFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:B.Com / B.Com Accounting Degree  preferred.
