Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of the QA framework.
• Perform QA testing on retail/corporate transaction monitoring alerts and retail/corporate KYC files to ensure adherence to policy/requirements.
• Independently manage and resolve disputed QA findings.
• Work closely with the local and offshore Transaction Monitoring and KYC teams.
• Develop and maintain Management Information (MI) reporting in accordance with business requirements and contribute to the production of accurate MI.
• Create training materials to address error trends and conduct trainings, where required.
• Assist to drive process consistency across various jurisdictions
• Proficiency in compliance applications and programmes such as Refinitiv World-Check, Jumio, Elliptic etc.
• Good knowledge on provisions of local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable to subject persons and knowledge of upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies is a strong plus.
• Good proficiency in identifying unusual activity or AML flags, conducting risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence.
• Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/ CFT and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirements.
• Any general administration and ancillary activities as may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the Company.

Requirements

• At least 8 years’ directly related Transaction Monitoring and KYC experience with a good knowledge of relevant rules and regulations.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Bilingual in English and any second language will be advantageous.
• Prior AML Quality Assurance experience will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to write effectively.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.

We are seeking a project manager to join our global compliance team to support the team in managing various compliance projects in order to improve our framework and ensure we stay in continuous compliance with regulations and internal policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project documents (e.g. kick-off, road map, status updates, RAID log, steering committees, gap analysis etc.) to ensure proper control framework
• Oversee engagement and deployment of vendor solutions globally and work with global compliance managers to set up new processes
• Coordinate with global and regional team to lead change and best-practices, as well as perform read-across to identify gaps and driving projects to close the gaps
• Ensure proper coordination and engagement with compliance and other cross functional stakeholders to work and drive towards project outcome
• Participate in requirements gathering and drafting of BRD where required, and design efficient tool workflows
• Perform business analysis, process mapping, and providing solutions and recommendations for respective projects
• Support in preparing project update slides for senior management reporting ensuring all artefacts such as minutes and action are detailed and circulated in a timely manner
• Participate in internal and external programs related to AML/CFT and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Finance, Legal, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of experience in project management at a financial institution or fintech company
• Knowledgeable of compliance area and vendor solutions will be an advantage
• Ability to proactively and assertively communicate to project stakeholders where required
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet high standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with formulation and periodic review of financial risk policies and procedures including asset liability management policies
• Support team efforts towards adhering to statutory and regulatory risk requirements
• Carry out detailed walkthroughs and process mapping to identify potential risks
• Recommending mitigations/controls and solutions to problems related to risk management
• Report key risk indicators
• Stay abreast of current industry standards
• Assess various products, service and processes and how their structure should be modeled in order to reflect how their profiles impact the Company’s risk profile
• Coordinate the preparation of quarterly and monthly reports on market,counterparty-default and liquidity risks
• Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand and identify risks
• Review researches to understand economic and crypto market trends to inform models

Requirements

• Degree in a business management, finance or economic
• Professional risk certificate is preferred
• 5+ years experience in regulated financial service providers, with some direct exposure to dealing with regulatory reporting and requirements
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, globorganization while maintaining close contact with relevant teams across multiple locations
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts into a format digestible by a diverse audience
