    • Forecast Management
      • Determine initial project inventory forecast for year ahead
      • Budget Management
      • Present annual OPEX business plan/budget

    • Planned Availability of maintenance resources (Labour & Materials):
    • Stores informed of spares, tools and materials required ahead of time.
    • All required spares, tools and materials are available to technician in order to carry out work on job cards.
    • Completed Preventative Maintenance Programme.
    • Set up Maintenance indicators.
    • Review and Managed SAP Preventative Maintenance(PM) Module.
    • Provided Quality and accurate estimates.
    • Source out construction work and liaison with contractors.
    • Compile scope of work for external contracts.

    • Maintain Critical maintenance spares stock levels.
