    Customer Service Specialist

    Job description

    We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to drive and implement process change for increased Customer Satisfaction and Retention.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the auditing of dealerships internal operations aligned to the OEM program for client satisfaction

    • They will be directly responsible for the analysis of the current situation and to identify dealerships for corrective intervention
    • Auditing of the results for the formulation of action plans
    • Implementation of the corrective action plans
    • Coaching dealers staff on the program
    • Follow up of the action plans
    • Reporting of the development and growth of the program to senior management
    • Identifying potential future concern areas
    • Developing a sustainable environment for the retention and growth of the client base through increased satisfaction results.

    Competencies and skills required

    • Must be articulate and well spoken
    • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Must be willing to travel locally with minimum notice
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills
    • Great communication skills essential
    • Fluent in English & Afrikaans

    Qualification

    • Matric essential
    • Automotive retail experience not essential but recommended
    • Management in a service related industry

    Experience

    • 5 to 10 years’ experience
    • Management experience

    Automotive Warranty Specialist

    Job description

    We are looking for an Automotive Warranty Specialist based in Pretoria, to provide Dealer Network with technically competent warranty support in line with the manufacturers processes and perimeters.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • To support a well-known OEM with dealer warranty support
    • To ensure a fast and effective turn around for dealers clients
    • Responsive and responsible for maintaining the defined warranty parameters of the OEM through the dealer network
    • Ability to understand trends and to communicate internally across various departments
    • Report generation

    Competencies and skills required

    • Process driven
    • Well-spoken with excellent communication skills
    • Ability to communicate across all levels of management
    • Warranty experience and understanding a must
    • Excellent use of office programs such as word, excel and outlook
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Automotive technical understanding is a plus
    • Well-spoken with excellent communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Articulate and focused
    • Target driven
    • Fluent in English & Afrikaans
    • MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, PowerPoint
    • Excellent telephone and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Well-spoken and attitude

    Qualification

    • Trade test not a must but is preferred
    • Matric essential
    • Tertiary degree

    Experience

    5 to 10 years post qualification experience in Aftersales
