    Assistant Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing, mentoring, and leading staff.
    • Interact with sales merchandisers, representatives and regional managers to evaluate sales strategy and results.
    • Enforcing and implementing AWESOME customer service to give customer a WOW experience.
    • Attend to unique and individual shopping needs of each customer and always put  the Customer first. 
    • Develop, motivate and inspire respective teams in an ENTHUSIASTIC manner.
    • Maintains store staff job results by recruiting, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    • Authorise all work schedules (including but not limited to work, break and leave).
    • Ensure continuous training and development of all staff, and consistently carrying out training.

    • Coordinate and manage all key service providers in line with company expectations (including but not limited to guarding, security, cleaning and logistics)
    • Enforce effective and efficient implementation of all sales promotions (Including but not limited to road shows, centre management liaising etc ).
    • Identify marketing opportunities and communicate to all relevant parties
    • Ensure promotions are executed timeously and execution is planned in advance.

    Desired Experience & Qualification
    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric Certificate
    • Must have own or reliable transport to work to be able to work shifts
    • Management Position for a minimum of 3 years within a Retail Environment

    Digital Marketing Coordinator

    Job Description

    • We are currently looking for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Head Office team based in Durban. 

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

    • Liaising with the internal team and suppliers to plan, produce and manage organic and paid digital content calendars aligned to media strategy.                                
    • Ensure campaign roll out across website and UX journey is executed to achieve overall marketing objectives.
    • Provide strategic input and oversee key campaigns from planning to execution to ensure campaign objectives are met and aligned to marketing objectives.                                                
    • Propose budget allocation and oversee budget allocations and content plan aligned to marketing strategy.                                                                                                                                 
    • Manage supplier paid & organic content plans and process and oversee supplier relationship and marketing collaborations.
    • Compile digital campaign reports with relevant stakeholders, across digital platforms to be presented internally and to suppliers.
    • Strategic planning and project management on digital projects with key team members and third parties.                                                                                                                                
    • Ensure digital marketing campaign traffic is aligned to achieving eCom sales objectives and targets.                                                                                                                                                              

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Relevant Degree                                                                                                                       
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing                                                                
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook                              
    • Google analytics
    • Proficient with Magento eCommerce CMS                                               
    • Self-starter with a passion for digital media and a desire to learn

    Warehouse & Logistics Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities
    Key Performance Areas

    • Overall management and coordination of all Warehouse & related DC activities (Inbound Receipts, Outbound OTIF, Returns/Credits/Claims, Inventory Management, Quality Assurance, Safety (SHE); Security and General Facility Management).
    • Overall management and coordination of all outsourced services, including but not limited to warehousing, logistics and e-commerce fulfilment.
    • Overall management and coordination of all internally managed services, including but not limited to warehousing, logistics and e-commerce fulfilment.
    • Drive operational efficiency and excellence. Generate, cultivate and communicate ideas for continued improvement of processes and activities across all areas of the DC and logistics operation.
    • Measuring performance, providing feedback and hold the Team accountable for their performance.
    • Work closely with internal functions (Ecommerce, CRM, Store Operations, HR, Finance, Buying, Planning) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.
    • Developing annual operating budgets in support of the company's financial goals and responsible for P&L management; Complete cost justification and determination of Return on Investment (ROI).
    • To ensure ON-TIME delivery of goods and orders to all stores and customers.
    • Accurately and competently report all inventory adjustments for signoff as per company rules.
    • Ensure the monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, costs and efficiencies of the warehouse.
    • Provide, lead, give directions and set priorities on stock requirements, availability, and load planning
    • Resolve delivery inconsistencies, stock returns, credits and damages.
    • Report and ensure that internal control systems are functioning.
    • Maintain age analysis report, identify and motivate the write off and/or bad quality stock.
    • Maintain a good level of housekeeping.
    • Ensure warehouse is safely secured.
    • Implement strategies to enhance overall performance.
    • Implement operational best practices – supported by detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for all of the operational activities within the Warehouse and associated Operational activities.
    • Ensure products are correctly received, put-away, stored, accurately picked, packaged, labelled and shipped out to stores in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Manage relationships and negotiating with the suppliers and transport partners.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Matric (Essential)
    • Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Warehousing (Essential)
    • Driver's license, with PDP (Advantageous)
    • Min 5 years related Warehouse experience in Retail industry
    • Intermediate MS Office Skills (Essential)

    Behavioral Competencies

    • Good communications skills (verbal and in writing)
    • Good interpersonal skills
