    Continuous Innovation Specialist

    This role is a key position within a newly created team responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multi-jurisdictions. It will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation and customer-centricity for Yoco.     ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking from the customer backward.
    • To work with key business stakeholders, and multi-jurisdictional ‘LEAN champions’, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of change, removing waste and variances securing a stupendous customer experience.
    • To lead and facilitate LEAN/six sigma process improvement based workshops to drive ideas and solutions with kaizens or “just do its”.
    • To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working.
    • To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system and innovate within the team.
    • To assist in the development and implementation of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement and innovation strategy.
    • To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.
    • To elicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis.
    • To work with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements.
    • To actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance.
    • To ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and managed at all times.
    • To set up a program, deliver coaching and run projects pan jurisdiction.
    • To complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects.

    IDEAL CANDIDATE | WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

    Key requirements to perform responsibilities:

    • Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt.
    • Minimum 5-7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
    • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping.
    • Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement/’WorkOut’ sessions with a range of business stakeholders (incl. Experience of process/value stream mapping).
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • A ‘completer-finisher’ taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success.
    • Experience of designing or implementing a framework of continuous improvement in a multijurisdictional organisation that is driving maturity level for customer-centricity.
    • Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean/six sigma and continuous innovation solutions.
    • Experience of designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues, and track record of following through to ensure closure.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts. Be willing to run several `kaizens.
    • Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
    • Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between.

    ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate ideas, develop concepts and campaigns based on brand plan
    •  Conceptualise, storyboard and present ideas internally and to production partners
    •  Maintain exceptional standards of execution and attention to detail
    •  The ability to brief, guide and inspire younger team members
    •  Creatively lead both large scale integrated projects as well as ongoing daily projects
    •  Always be aware of the latest consumer and digital trends

    • Oversee and help design graphic concepts, assets, and visual treatments across different media and marketing channels
    • Use customer and industry data to inspire creative concepts and collaborate with teams to validate

    IDEAL CANDIDATE | WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

    Key requirements to perform responsibilities:

    • Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt.
    •  Relevant tertiary qualifications in Art Direction and Copywriting
    •  At least 5+ years' experience in a recognised, reputable ad / digital / in-house   agency
    •  A passion for ideas that truly connect with and inspire people
    •  An awesome portfolio showcasing your work
    •  As the Copywriter - you have excellent grammar, writing and editorial skills—you take your English very seriously and sweat the small stuff.
    • As the Art Director - you have expert proficiency in the Adobe Suite. You also have an exceptional understanding of composition - a good design eye with great, photography, typography, layout, illustration and conceptual skills
    •  Proven experience conceptualising and executing integrated TTL campaigns
    • A positive attitude with an open mindset
    • Self-starters who can start, run and drive projects to completion

    Outbound Sales Representative

    To be based in Pretoria

    The Outbound Sales Team, and the whole Yoco company in general, is experiencing rapid growth, and with all of this going on, we've got sales on the brain. Ok, who are we kidding? We always have sales on the brain. Over the past few months we have noticed a rapid interest of Yoco within the Pretoria Market. The Outbound Sales candidate will be expected to assist in crushing our monthly goals as well as their own personal targets set out. So, what exactly will you do? The Outbound Sales candidate is expected to prospect super targeted leads based around specific accounts/markets/areas that have been identified as ideal customers. From there, the incumbent will manage their day around building meaningful relationships while prospecting and demonstrating our Yoco offering to interested businesses.

    ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Book and attend demo’s within the Pretoria region.
    • Attend networking events and community events to generate leads.
    • Vet lead list for warm and cold leads.
    • Identify prospects that fit the target demographic.
    • Negotiate prices with clients.
    • Attend training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings.
    • Work directly with customers face to face and via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services.
    • Educates customers on product offerings and services to improve their "on-line presence" and explains pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.
    • Follow up with customers via telephone or email following initial sales contact.
    • Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.
    • Complete basic rates negotiation with merchants where required.
    • Provide alternative solutions for integration possibilities and have the ability to discuss the usage and services listed of these products.
    • Continued product education to better service customer calls.
    • Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
    • Be a key "Brand" Associate and actively network and find new business or potential clients.               

    IDEAL CANDIDATE | WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

    Key requirements to perform responsibilities:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales in a high volume fast paced environment - preferably outbound.
    • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
    • Strategic business understanding of the geographical and industrial market in Pretoria.
    • Previous experience and/or strong interest in outbound sales and prospecting.
    • Strong customer service and tele-sales skills.
    • Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
    • Solid understanding and experience of Web Based Applications and CRM software.
    • Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Superior closing skills.
    • Need to have access to a vehicle for daily usage.
    • Ability to work autonomously with fantastic Time Management Skills
    • Existing network within the Pretoria region.
