Requirements & Experience:

• Debtors & Creditors management (at least 2 years)
• Cash-Book processing
• Evolve experience (advantageous)
• Motor Industry background preferred
• Must be based in the East Rand
  Clear criminal record
• Minimum of Grade 12 
• Financial Qualification will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of group bank statements
• Reconciliation of daily bankings of branches
• Reconciliation of group petty cash
• Reconciliation of credit card statements
• Administration of credit card accounts
• Keying in debit orders, bank costs, etc that appear on the bank statements
• Bank administration and general enquiries

Requirements:

• Financial certificate/diploma
• 2-4 years’ working experience as a finance assistant
• Drivers’ license
• Own Transport (essential)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend suitable models.
• Provide product knowledge and showcase the benefits of our preowned vehicles.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in vehicle sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
