Job Description
The Sourcing Specialist works closely with our Recruiters and Account Managers to develop creative strategies to find unbelievable talent by employing various sourcing strategies inclusive of X-ray & Boolean searches.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and qualify the key requirements of the position in order to find the right match
Define, design and implement search strategies by making use of modern non-traditional sourcing techniques
Compile detailed research reports detailing the availability in the market.
Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
Build detailed talent maps to identify the potential talent gap combined with extensive research obtained through the mapping process
Engage and screen active and passive candidates to determine interest and suitability
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
2+ years sourcing/research/recruiting experience
Advanced experience with sourcing techniques and methodologies (online and off line)
Experience with digital networking
Experience in researching, sourcing, and approaching passive candidates
Experience in obtaining talent market insights and data to influence decisions

Building, retaining and developing sustainable relationships with prospective companies and assuring high quality service delivery
Recruitment of candidates and creating exciting career opportunities for these candidates
Performing administrative duties that conform to our high standards and procedures as well as legislative requirements.
Qualifications
Area of Specialisation - Engineering/Finance, Commercial/Tech and IT
At least one year’s experience within the permanent recruitment industry
Ability to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing
Strong administration skills
Strong sales skills
Successful track record of achieving targets
