    Business Improvement Specialist

    Your responsibilities will include: 

    • Drive the stabilisation and sustaining process for the Operating Model implementation at the site
    • Support the Operating Model self-assessment and assurance programme at the site
    • Execute delegated model construction and simulations as required during the Operational Planning process
    • Facilitate the process for the identification of improvement levers (design, strategy, execution, resourcing) to close the gap between current and target performance distribution
    • Ensure work management framework, systems, and associated routines are maintained at site (integrity of OM design)
    • Ensure a structured Analyse & Improve (A&I) process is followed for all improvement work at the site
    • Ensure that the Measures framework and -portal is fit-for-purpose at the site

    Qualifications:

    Your experience will include:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Mining, Process, Metallurgy or Maintenance Engineering field within the Mining Industry
    • Good working knowledge of operating models and continuous improvement framework

    • Experience in facilitating root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives or projects

    Senior Control Systems Technician

    Job Description:
    As part of this team, you will be expected to successfully manage these duties:

    • Management of the equipment within the process control domain 
    • Best practice for instrumentation developed within relevant legal and safety frameworks.
    • Audit high risk and safety critical areas
    • Identify areas of poor availability
    • Conducting modifications to the control solution for process problems
    • System troubleshooting and hardware problems resolution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Operation Management team in developing an operational plan for the year to support the process in achieving throughput objectives
    • Undertake to plan the spares requirements according to the planned maintenance schedule and ensure their availability

    Job Description:

    • The Safety Officer is a legal appointment in terms of regulation 2.17.4 of the Minerals Act

    Job Description:
    As a Claims Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

    • Timeous and accurate capturing of claims
    • Scanning and filing of paper claims
    • Informing customers / providers regarding unclear / incomplete invoices via appropriate methods (e-mail and in writing / telephonically)
