    • An industry leader in contract mining and mining services company operating across multiple sites in South Africa, is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support its Eastern Limb Operations.
    • This is a senior operational HR role requiring a highly hands-on individual with extensive experience in labour relations, employee relations, union engagement, and HR management within the mining industry.

    Minimum requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
    • Minimum 8 years' experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Labour Relations.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience within the mining, contract mining, construction, or heavy industrial sector.
    • Proven experience working within highly unionised environments.
    • Extensive knowledge of South African labour legislation and employment practices.
    • Proven experience handling CCMA, Bargaining Council, disciplinary, grievance, and incapacity matters.
