    Full Stack Developer

    Requirements

    Responsibilities for this role are:

    • Working on exciting new features for the Quicket system
    • Maintenance of current features
    • Architectural decisions
    • Keeping libraries up to date
    • Coaching junior developers

    The ideal person for this role has:

    Experience and Education

    • 5+ years experience producing production ready web applications using .NET
    • Has worked on high traffic systems
    • Has worked with payment gateway integrations
    • Experience upgrading older .NET applications to .NET Core

    Product Manager

    Requirements

    Responsibilities for this role are:

    • Create and manage a roadmap for the company which clearly defines what is being built / going to be built with timelines - this should be accessible by Exco at any point in time.
    • Have regular stakeholder meetings to discuss and get input from HODs on what their product related needs are.
    • Conduct daily / weekly check-ins with the Engineering team to understand progress and drive timelines.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and changes to the roadmap.
    • Conduct regular market research into current and future trends in ticketing technology, both within the South African and broader global contexts.
    • Conduct user surveys and work with Customer Success to identify user needs for the product.
    • Regular interrogation of platform analytics to understand user behaviour trends and make suggestions accordingly.
    • Create detailed specifications (not necessarily technical) that can be given to the Engineering team to turn into a technical specification and finally work items that the team can work on.
    • In charge of the Product backlog - Communicating the Product goal, and determining what items the Engineers will work. It’s important that they are involved at this level so they make sure things are kept on track and also understand blockers / changes.
    • Work with Communications Manager/Engineering and facilitate/drive documentation capturing. This includes both internal and external documentation.

    The ideal person for this role has:

    Experience and Education

    • 6-8 years' experience in leading a Product at a customer facing technology company (e-commerce/saas)
    • Experience with analytics products, e.g. GA, Mixpanel etc…
    • Experience with managing input and expectations of many stakeholders
    • Technical background, ideally in software development
    • An understanding of business needs

    Sales Manager

    Requirements

    Responsibilities for this role are:

    • Regularly work with senior management to plan and refine sales strategy
    • Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
    • Get involved! The best way to understand the market and the challenges faced by the team will be to get your feet wet with outbound sales.
    • Collaborate with the team to find solutions for prospective clients
    • Identify new opportunities while staying abreast of industry standards, products and competition status.
    • Manage and take accountability for a high-performing sales team, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring.
    • Work closely with the Head of Customer Success to ensure client onboarding and handover is a seamless process.

    The ideal person for this role has:

    Experience and Education

    • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
    • At least 3-5 years in sales management (within the events, ticketing, or similar industry is advantageous)
    • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Development, or a relevant field is advantageous.
