    Business Admin Assistant EVAR

    Primary Objectives:

    • General Admin
    • Manage all POD’s (including uploading to various portals)
    • Manage all Rectron and partner invoicing to ensure efficient collaboration between Sales and Operations
    • Manage and upload local and RTT daily delivery reports
    • Manage and complete back order reports on a weekly basis
    • Manage and complete open order report with ETA’s daily
    • Sort incoming mail and assist the warehouse with courier orders for distribution
    • Use computer word processing, spreadsheet and database software to prepare reports and documents
    • Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's databases
    • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
    • Excellent customer service by being courteous always
    • Escalate problematic issues to the Business and Sales Manager
    • Assist with other job-related duties as and when required
    • Execute Rectron standards of excellence
    • Assist with stock take procedures in the warehouse when needed

    Education/Qualification

    • Matric
    • Certificate in business, Computers, or Office Management

    Telesales Consultant - Africa

    Primary Objectives:

    • Work with allocated dealer base that is assigned.
    • Activation of clients on the dealer base provided.
    • Achieve call target on set dealer base.
    • Assisting all customers with queries, quotes and orders.
    • Managing dealer base to ensure customers are up to date with specials and promotions.
    • Build good relationships with clients.
    • Selling key components as required by management or PM.
    • Send all orders timeously through to order processing.
    • Assist with other job-related duties as and when required.
    • General admin and upkeep of database or call campaign.
    • General update and maintenance of all admin and filing
    • Represent Rectron at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
    • Attend and complete online product training programmes and study and know the relevant product range.
    • Any other miscellaneous duties will be added as the role grows.

    Education/Qualification

    • Matric or higher education in IT

    Experience (experience required for the job)

    • Minimum of 1-2 years’ IT or Technical experience or familiar with IT terms and technology
    • Exceptional customer service experience
    • Cold calling experience advantageous
    • Proficient computer skills.

    Credit Controller - Midrand

    Primary Objectives:

    The Credit Controller is responsible for the coordination of the company’s cash flow including:

    • Debt collection and processing of all relevant financial transactions
    • Process Invoices to clients
    • Receive client statements and sort out all queries within agreed timeframes
    • Manages cash flow of the company
    • Distribute accurate monthly statements to clients
    • Effectively manage and report highlighted accounts and problem areas to management
    • Effectively communicate to all Debtors about responsibilities on outstanding payment
    • General admin, maintenance and filing
    • Other duties as specified by your line Manager.

    Education/Qualification

    • General accountancy certificate
