Duties to be performed:

• Responsible for CA Data Management of central sector and all plants and their guidelines
• Consult users how to store the CA data and permanent data archives as well as run reports.
• Assign CA roles to folders (Unix only)
• Create and assign ADGR roles to folders (Windows only)
• Create CA data structure as per guidelines.
• Rearrange CA data structure as per project and/or business unit guidelines and configure using Autofs (Unix) and DFS (Windows)
• Perform housekeeping/monitoring/manage NAS using central applications iStore and DIVA taking security aspects in consideration.
• Identify and, upon request, delete obsolete CA data using web application CA Cleanup Tool (Unix only)
• Backup and restore CA data.

Requirements needed:

• Experience with Oracle database architecture,
• Logical and physical design, automation, documentation, installs,
• Shell scripting, PL/SQL programming,
• Backup & recovery concepts,

Duties to be performed:

• Act as liaison with customers.
• Assist customers with on-prem database, cloud database, and OCI related enquires.
• Provide steering and guidance to our Oracle service provider.
• Engage with the appointed service providers regarding Oracle operational and cloud topics.
• Engage with Oracle support, create and manage SRs for on-prem and OCI related issues.
• Action and resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets.
• Action and resolve CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required.
• Raise and lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified.
• Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks as required.
• Perform ongoing implementation of new technology and developments in the field of database management.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant Oracle technologies, service offerings, SLAs and KPIs
• Maintain current knowledge about underlying infrastructure master solutions, e.g LINUX, Storage (SAN, NAS etc.)

Requirements:

• Support Analyst with Inventory experience
• Understanding the inventory, stock controls and movement of stock
• Knowledge of Manufacturing and Warehousing, the movement of product from Warehouse to store

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the relevant field
• Previous large ERP project experience
• Previous MS D365 experience will be an advantage
• Vendor interaction and vendor activity tracking experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharePoint
• Ability to work remote and drive active participation and activity completion in an online environment

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
• Extensive experience (3+ years) as an SAP functional consultant, specializing in Cash Management and/or Treasury and Risk Management modules.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Advanced Cash Management and FX Risk Management module configuration and implementation.
• Proficient in SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Advanced Cash Management, SAP Treasury and Risk Management, and SAP In-House Cash.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP Advanced Cash Management and FX Risk Management and other SAP modules such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
• Experience in customization and enhancement of SAP functionality using ABAP programming language is a plus.
