Key Requirements:

• B Com / National Diploma in Internal Auditing or Equivalent
• Certifications for ICT Internal Audit (e.g., CISA, CISM, COBIT, CISSP)
• Internal Audit Technician, Professional Internal Auditor, Certified Internal Auditor, or Chartered Accountant certification would be advantageous.
• Experience with Data Analytics Software (e.g., ACL)
• Experience with Audit Software (e.g., BarnOwl)
• Experience with cloud environment audit (e.g. Azure, AWS)
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, Pandas)
• Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and or ISACA

Key Requirements:

• Unless a candidate can demonstrate suitability through relevant experience of not less than three (3) years in an Employment Laws/ Trade Union environment/Bargaining Council/ Labour Inspector or Human Resources role, a Matric and Diploma in Labour Relations (NQF 6)
• One (1) to three (3) years relevant working experience in a case management service/ HR/ Legal/ Employment Laws environments/ Trade Union environment/Bargaining Council/Labour Inspector.
• At least 2 African languages is an advantage (Oral/Read/Write).
