Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective recruitment service to the business as well as applicants.
• Actively source applicants
• Screen CVs and applications
• Market core applicants to hiring managers
• End-to-end vacancy and candidate management
• Competency-based interviewing
• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and applicants
• Recruitment administration
• Conducting background checks
• Providing feedback to candidates
• Regular and accurate reporting
• Implement & expedite new effective ways of talent attraction
• Maintaining recruitment databases effectively
• Competent in MS Office packages, particularly MS Excel and Outlook
• Professional in appearance, conduct and communication
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Excellent decision making skills
• Initiative taking ability.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of HR functions
• Excellent ability to communicate at all levels

Objective/Purpose:
The role is ideal for talented Call Centre Agents that enjoy speaking to customers and assisting them. Candidates will be dealing with motivated car sellers that have contacted our client and will help them to get the best deal possible for their car. Candidates must have the ability to interrogate the information provided by the seller, identify opportunities or missing information, convert and close deals at the right time.
