    Catering and Functions Manager

    Skills & requirements:

    • Culinary school diploma is essential, a degree in food service management orrelated field is advantageous;
    • Proven food and beverage management experience gained in a school environment is essential;
    • Previous experience gained with special dietsis essential;
    • Strong financial background (accounting);
    • Sound communication and leadership skills with the ability to delegate multiple tasks;
    • Ability to keep abreast with the latest in food and beverages trends and best practices;
    • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets;
    • Guest-oriented and service-minded;
    • Working knowledge of various computersoftware programmes, in particular MS Office;

    Responsibilities

    Assistant Riding Instructor

    Responsibilities

    • Improving pupil’sriding skills and techniques(in conjunction with theWEC Manager), by using structured and planned riding lessons;
    • Assisting pupil’s with understanding sound equestrian practises and protocols and setting a good example in all equestrian
    • aspects at all times;
    • Providing comments on ridersforreport purposes asrequired and providing input fortheWEC annualreport;
