    Our client is a multinational Beverage organisation with it's global head office in Europe.

    Job Description

    The responsibilities will include the following:

    • Excellent design and layout skills

    • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Adobe Design Creative Suite (Photo shop, Illustrator, In-Design, Premiere Pro)

    • Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel

    • Thorough understanding and execution of brand campaigns for print and digital

    • Interpret market briefs from concept to design

    • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team

    • Ability to quality asses work

    • Basic understanding of social media insights and data

    • Excellent planning/organising skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

    The Successful Applicant

    The Incumbent Must Have The Following

    • 5+ years of proven experience as a Designer or similar role

    • Online portfolio or samples of work showcasing high standards of design work

    • Strong strategic thinking skills

    • Excellent communication, networking, presentation and fluency in English

    • Excellent art direction skills and must be able to take design direction

    About Our Client

    Our client is a Multinational Beverage organisation with it's global head office in Europe.

    Job Description

    The responsibilities will include the following:
    Develop an understanding of the market and consumers
    * Deliver campaigns based on consumer insight
    * Analysis of market share and sales available
    * Market research undertaken on changing trends in the market
    Develop brand plans and marketing programmes
    * Consultation and feedback with Marketing Manager
    * Development and implementation of Four-Year Plans, Brand Plans and Brand Reviews
    * Gain endorsement for brand strategies throughout PRSA
    * Deliver brand strategies that result in achieving volume and equity objectives
    Implement brand plans and marketing programmes
    * Agencies properly briefed and project fees agreed
    * Brand plans communicated internal to stakeholders
    * Below-the-line projects (off-trade, on-trade, wholesales and secondary packaging leading to increased sales
    * Above-the-line projects leading to increased sales
    * Campaigns delivered on time and to budget
     

    The Successful Applicant

    The incumbent must have the following:

    • Tertiary qualification. preferably marketing or business related.

    • Minimum of three years in consumer brand marketing role, two of which at brand manager level

    • Proven active involvement in Digital Marketing

    Market Activation Manager

    Job Description

    Key responsibilities:
     

    • Partner with local marketing teams to build the most effective roll-out plans for localised campaigns

    • Ensure that assets and content created locally are pre-aligned to local media plans

    • Organise distribution of all localised assets to Feeder markets

    • Lead editing and minor technical adaptations

    • Ensure alignment of activation tools created by the local marketing team as extensions of the local campaigns

    • Implementation of global marketing strategy for its brands in South Africa and SSA

    • Communicate long term vision and global brand strategies

    • Business coordination and relationship management

    The Successful Applicant

    We are looking for the following:
     

    • 7 years of experience in an international brand management or business development role with a FMCG organisation

    • Experience in the local market in marketing or sales

    • Strong project management skills

    • Strong capacity to collaborate, team player with service mindset

    • Portfolio and brand strategy experience

    • Influencing and business partnering ability

    • Business intelligence experience
