- Weekly: based on report downloaded from the Crawford website registration portal
- Ad hoc: based on requests from parents or school staff
- Responsible for deactivating students in STASY timeously when they leave the school, based on the student withdrawal form received from the CXO and Bursar

- To teach/lecture allocated modules. Infrastructure Support
- Conduct daily checks on the IT infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN, etc.) to monitor up-time requirements and ensure that systems are running optimally
- Install new servers when required
- Coordinate the deployment of systems and infrastructure within the campus
- Diagnose and troubleshoot where applicable and escalate to necessary internal or external parties
- Fulfill appropriate access requirements for new users
- Interact and liaise with vendors or service providers for support and troubleshooting, where necessary
- Monitor IT security systems and conduct periodic tests and checks to ensure that everything is in order
Software and Hardware Support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues that are escalated from ICT Support
- Maintain campus software licences and ensure that campus equipment is licensed correctly
- Apply critical and security updates to servers and workstations.
ICT Project Support
- Arrange and facilitate training for new technologies to campus staff
- Build IT venues as per special projects and campus requirements
- Implement and deploy vulnerabilities as per Group AIT requests
People Management
- Driving a high-performance culture by taking accountability for an effective and well-articulated performance management process
- Conduct performance reviews in accordance with policies and procedures and take corrective actions where necessary
- Providing strategic guidance in the implementation of human resources policies, procedures and practices
- Lead the department by managing appointments, promotions, and industrial relations issues in conjunction with the Human Resources Support Service Unit
- Builds a robust, effective leadership pipeline, succession, and capacity.

Overall Job Purpose:
- The Compliance Operations Officer will play a key role in ensuring the organization adheres to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This role involves managing contracts, liaising with Group Legal, and handling minor legal and student-related matters, all within a compliance framework.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contract Review and Management
- Review all third-party and internal agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or non-compliance issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date contract register.
- Ensure proper storage, version control, and accessibility of all contractual documents
Legal Liaison and Approvals
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Group Legal for contract approvals and legal guidance.
- Coordinate and track all legal submissions and feedback from Group Legal.
- Ensure that all legal interactions are documented and aligned with internal protocols
Dispute and Claims Handling
- Represent the organization in small claims court matters, including preparation and attendance.
- Assist in resolving minor legal disputes involving students, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather information and support case resolution
Student Legal Support
- Provide guidance on student-related legal issues, including contractual disputes and disciplinary matters.
- Work collaboratively with student affairs and academic departments to address legal concerns.
- Ensure student matters are handled sensitively and in accordance with institutional policies
Compliance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, legal interactions, and compliance risks.
- Support internal audits and investigations related to contracts and legal matters.
Minimum Educational Requirement:
- Law Degree (Minimum)
- LLB and admitted attorney (Ideal)
Minimum Work Requirement:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a compliance, legal support, or contract management role.
- Familiarity with small claims court procedures and student-related legal issues.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
