    HR Officer Operations

    Job Description
    This is an operational role within the Human Resources structure, responsible for the maintenance of Human Resources practices and systems within an Operational Area to achieve work outputs. This may occur within the areas of manning (M4S), employee relations, development, and information management or general Human Resources projects.

    Some of your responsibilities will include:

    • Effective systems management of all Human Resources processes/ functions
    • Effective application of necessary administration system
    • Support the Human Resources Management team to achieve goals and objectives
    • Supervising Team of HR Assistant Operations
    • Reporting to HR Coordinator Operations
       

    Your experience should include:

    • At least three years experience as an HR Generalist, preferably from a mining environment.
    • Previous experience working on SAP HR and Intermediate Excel knowledge.
       

    Qualifications
    You will need:

    • NQF 5 Higher Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Employee Relations.
    • NQF 6 Advanced Certificate/National Diploma will be advantageous.

    Patrolperson

    Job Description
    Join this dedicated team, where you will be responsible for the application of routine security procedures within an Anglo Platinum Operation to ensure that employees and assets are protected and will also include emergency prevention duties.


    Some of your duties will include:

    • Conduct allocated patrols or checkpoint duties
    • Patrol on foot or vehicle as applicable
    • Gather information that could support risk management
    • Respond to alarms and take appropriate action
    • Monitor performance and enforce access controls
    • Identify and report all irregularities
    • Maintains facilities, equipment and personal image up to a high standard of presentation
    • Participate in required meetings including safety, health, environment in initiatives
    • Accurately complete role administration requirements
    • Gathers information through cultivating sources
    • To arrest all transgressors within the law
    • Attend disciplinary enquiries as a witness/complainant
       

    Qualifications
    Your qualifications will include:

    • Grade 12/Matric Certificate
    • PSIRA Grade C
       

    Advantageous:

    • Previous experience as a Patrolperson
    • Firearm competency
       

    You will need:

    • Good communication skills in English
    • Valid driving licence code 08
    • If successful, you will be required to undergo a Medical Fitness Certification
