    Warehouse Clerk

    Job Description    
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Logistics department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Warehouse Clerk role, which is based in Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the Warehouse Team Leader

    Key Purpose

    To effectively execute the activities within the site control function to ensure shipments and production are issued & received accurately such that all stock movements are accounted for appropriately and that depot turnaround times are optimised. Reconcile all stock movements to ensure the alignment of actual stock on hand and SAP stock on hand.
    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Key Outputs :

    Bin Management: Reconciliation of Warehouse Bins

    •  Execute the reconciliation of all movements in & out of the Warehouse bins and stock locations.
    •  Perform the physical movement of stock in the warehouse bins and confirming SSCC numbers (Forklift operations)
    •  Manage hardware in terms of HHT’s and related equipment are functional and checked in accordance with the asset care policy,
    •  Transact on a Live Warehouse management system (WMS)
    •  Daily reporting on findings and data processing (ERP and Support applications literate)

    Transactional issues and receipts: Inbound and Outbound Movements

    •  Execute the despatching of all Primary and Secondary distribution shipments such that their respective departure times are met,
    •  Ensure Secondary distribution shipments are received accurately in terms of submission of required documentation & hand held terminal (HHT),
    •  Execute the accurate system-receipting of Primary distribution shipments while the correct submission of required documentation,
    •  Coordinate the on-time resolution of all variances in either receipting or dispatching of PD & SD vehicles
    •  Manage hardware in terms of HHT’s and related equipment are functional and checked in accordance with the asset care policy,
    •  Execute the receipting/dispatching of vehicles within the standard turnaround time for the depot,
    •  Coordinate that documents are submitted by drivers within the defined standards and that all documents are controlled accordingly for reconciliation and filing purposes,
    •  Ensure deviations are recorded accurately while utilizing the standardized format such that resolution is possible,
    •  Execute production issues and receipts on SAP on time and accurately,
    •  Execute all external bottler transactions accurately & invoice accordingly
    •  Warehouse Bin Management requirements

    Stock Reconciliation:

    •  Execute the reconciliation of all inventory movements daily: Primary Distribution, Secondary Distribution, 3rd party issues and receipts, Production issues and receipts,
    •  Process daily write up’s / write downs, including breakages and salvages, trade replacements, and container destruction,
    •  Perform daily stock counting process
    •  Ensure compliance to all stock processes in line with the national SOP’s,
    •  Care for assets as per standard operational practices,
    •  Ensure system transactions are accurate & timeous,
    •  Control & store documents in accordance with company policy,
    •  Clear daily controls on time and in the appropriate manner

    Settlement:

    •  Ensure immediate settlement of all Drivers and accuracy of the SAP system in terms of elimination / resolution of errors,
    •  Complete route settlement accurately and process route settlement corrections where required,
    •  Maintain a route settlement correction register and ensure an acknowledgement of debt is in place for relevant unexplained Driver shortages or missing POD’s,
    •  Provide credit notes / invoices to Distribution to obtain customer signatures on route settlement correction billing documents,
    •  Ensure all customer POD requirements are met and maintain a missing and unsigned invoice register for any non-compliance,
    •  Process and resolve customer queries daily to enable accurate customer accounts,
    •  Complete system transactions accurately and on time

    Chep pallet management:

    •  Manage the daily call off of required Chep pallets to meet operational requirements whilst meeting required holding days on Chep
    •  Accurately capture issues and receipts to and from Chep
    •  Execute the Portfolio Plus to SAP reconciliation en ensure the effective resolution of differences and queries
    •  Communicate customer trade balances with the aim to minimise pallet holding days

    Skills, Experience & Education

    Senior Lab Quality Assurance Technician

    Job Description    
    To manage and maintain compliance to Quality and Food Safety systems in the relevant plant to ensure Product Quality from receipt of raw materials to final product production

    The role involves supervision and engagement with the Quality Assurance Technician, Team Leaders, Unit Mangers, Senior Site Management, Machine operators and shop-floor personnel and also all across the manufacturing supply chain (team leaders engineering technicians and contractors).

    The IT Security Assurance Specialist, provides assurance for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of CCBA’s information and information systems. This employee leads the planning and scheduling of a variety of internal and external security assessments so that the organisation can proactively ensure that any potential risks are identified and addressed. The regular, professional, and efficient co-ordination and management of these security assessments assures business leaders and users that their online environment and data is adequately protected. The IT Security Assurance Specialist establishes relationships between second and third lines of defense that is management and independent assessors. This employee also ensures that all IT continuity and disaster recovery plans, processes and approaches adhere to internal security standards.
    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Consulting with senior IT leaders and IT security colleagues to determine the requirements for internal security assessments.
    • Creating an annual plan and schedule of planned internal security assessments.
    • Scheduling the internal security assessments for new and existing key IT systems, processes and technologies including applications, databases, data centres and infrastructure.
    • Developing and performing IT risk assessments on new and existing key IT systems, processes or technologies including applications, databases, data centres and infrastructure.

    • Compiling and setting budgets for the IT Security team.
    • Contribute to the compilation of the IT department’s overall budget.
    • Communicating the IT Security strategy, execution plans and roadmaps with relevant IT and business colleagues as well as with external key stakeholders.
    • Collaborating with the senior leadership team to craft the short, medium- and long-term Information Technology strategy for the CCBA enterprise.
    • Ensuring the continuous development and growth of members of the IT Security team by ensuring that training, learning, and mentoring are planned and available.
    • Regularly engaging with business stakeholders, business partners and architects to understand the IT security requirements.
    • Maintaining the OPEX and CAPEX budgets for IT Security and managing and controlling team spend and expenses.
    • Delegating the IT security projects, duties and responsibilities to members of the IT Security team or outsourced service providers.
    • Monitoring the work and performance of the IT Security team members on a continuous basis.
    • Monitoring the progress of the service delivery, project execution and work tasks to ensure that it is aligned with the plans and that it meets internal standards for delivery.
    • Ensuring the formulation, testing and communication of a business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
    • Tracking and reporting against IT Security team annual goals.
    • Mandating the sourcing or development of relevant security governance standards and policies.
    • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the most current version of the CCBA IT Security Controls.
    • Instructing the responsible parties to conduct regular security audits.
    • Reviewing the results of compliance inspections and security audits and addressing any issues arising.
    • Determining methods and solutions to ensure that users are familiar with IT Security Governance requirements through the delivery of training programmes and that the necessary level of security awareness exists.
    • Supporting efforts to move towards Agile and DevOps culture and work practices.
    • Ensuring audit and security compliance for all practices, projects, and tools.
    • Defining the process and establishing the standards for the selection of services providers and vendors that deliver core security services.
    • Working with the IT security team to identify areas of the function where an outsource model will be more beneficial to the CCBA business.
    • Contributing to the requirements specification for the RFP, participating in evaluating and shortlisting service providers and managing the final negotiations and contracting.
    • Establishing a professional partnering relationship with key vendors and service providers and acting as a reasonable and good customer to vendors.
    • Meeting regularly with senior level business stakeholders to identify, agree and understand their IT security requirements for their relevant business area.
    • Keeping in contact with the users of the IT security solutions to ensure that work priorities and solution features align with user requirements.
    • Representing CCBA-IT at key governance and control forums such as CCBA Governance, Finance and Audit Committee and the TCCC Security forums.
    • Meeting regularly with the IT Leadership team members and his/her manager to report progress, raise issues and brainstorm solutions.
    • Meeting regularly with the IT Security team to plan work and to track the progress of projects underway.
    • Supporting internal improvement initiatives within the IT department to ensure continuous business improvement.

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Qualifications:
    The minimum qualification required for this position is a first degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
    A further degree would be an advantage.

    • ITIL V4 Managing Strategic Leader

    Experience

    • 12 to 14 years general work experience with at least 6 years relevant experience in governance, risk, and compliance.
