    Graduate Inside Product Specialist

    What you’ll achieve
    As a Junior Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will deliver PCs technical solutions to the Specialists Sales Team and Partner Managers Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.

    You will:

    • Act as a technical resource to help the sales organization meet, if not exceed, its goals
    • Stay up to date on new products, technology trends and services offerings
    • Make outbound calls as part of managing the sales cycle, and respond to field sales, resellers and end customer inquiries
    • Focus on Dell Technologies Clients Solutions products and services and be able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
    • Explain technical, industry and market facts to position Dell Technologies against an alternative solution

    Essential Requirements

    • Experience working in a sales environment and in a technical sales role that shows knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions
    • Good analytical, decision-making and organizational skills and a drive for results
    • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Solid customer relationship skills with the ability to build and manage relationships

    Desirable Requirements

    • Business / IT related degree and graduated 2021-2022
    • Passion for technology and sales and ambition to succeed within a sales role
    • Previous relevant experience

    Account Executive - Unstructured Data Storage

    What you’ll achieve

    As an Account Executive – Unstructured Data Storage, you will connect directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with our storage solutions, partnering closely with the Direct Sales Executive to understand and meet customers’ storage solution requirements.

    You will

    • Coordinates with Sales teams on account mapping, Dell EMC storage portfolio positioning and selling strategies
    • Drive the Unstructured Data opportunities as well as related Vertical Solutions.
    • Engages at CxO level & demonstrates measurable ROI. Qualifies opportunities , identifies potential solutions & competitive analysis
    • Maintain accurate sales forecast and tracks activities to sales managers and regional leaders
    • Responsible for designing and executing a consistent sales strategy to achieve assigned goal

    Essential Requirements

    • IT related sales experience (Storage) and proven ability to identify, qualify, develop and close opportunities
    • Proven ability to manage multiple, lengthy and complex sales cycles
    • Proven ability to embrace change & leverage new value propositions rapidly. Accurate reporting skills & attention to detail
    • Responsive to customers business needs & clear focus on maintaining excellent customer service
    • Excellent English communication

    Desirable Requirements

    • At least 5+ years of outside sales experience
