    Social Media Strategist

    We are currently looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team.

    As a Social Media Strategist you will be responsible for translating our clients’ business goals, and marketing objectives into comprehensive social media strategies.

    You will be responsible for orchestrating how a brand shows up online across various Social channels to allow for a consistent brand experience whilst ensuring relevant activity on relevant channels.

    If you are who we are looking for: 

    • You have proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or Social Media Manager – or similar role.
    • You are able to analyse the consumer landscape and user-experience data, in order to apply behavioral insight into strategic thinking and effective recommendations.
    • You are able to dissect the problem and identify the opportunity - creating an effective social strategy from a client brief.
    • You have a deep understanding of how social platforms work and how brands can derive tangible value from them.
    • You are up to date with social media trends and platform changes, as well as innovations in technology and key consumer trends shaping the social media landscape.
    • You are a collaborative team player and influential decision maker.
    • You have the ability to be a thought leader both internally and externally.
    • You are content obsessed.
    • You are a good presenter and you have brilliant deck writing skills.

    Experience required

    • 5-10 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google suite and other social media best practices.
    • Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Practical understanding of key measurement tools and experience in reporting on social media performance.
    • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
    • Familiarity with digital development.
    • Outstanding multitasking skills.
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing Social Media strategies.
    • Define Social Media KPIs based on the understanding of the different channels and how media is bought across each.
    • Manage and oversee Social Media content.
    • Measure the success of social media campaigns in order to drive a test and learn culture.
    • Conducting research, interviews, brainstorming sessions and workshops.
    • Developing a clear understanding of a client’s existing social strategy through research.
    • Performing competitive analysis, audits and identifying opportunities in the landscape.
    • Generating strong actionable insights.
    • Familiar with social media marketing / listening tools.
    • Upskill yourself personally.
    • Work in a multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers.
    • Collaborate with Creative, Client Service and Development teams.
    • Track and analyse results in order to provide effective solutions for content optimisation.

    Social Media Manager

    Key responsibilities: 

    The social media team lead is the custodian for clients’ branded social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more), and will take complete ownership of the social media product for a portfolio of brands.

    Responsibilities:

    • Social innovation and community management will be at the core of their functionality.
    • They will be required to work closely with the data team to ensure that opportunities are not missed within the social media environment.
    • To work as a collective to create content (post copy and art direction recommendations for content) on an on-going basis.
    • Coach, support, and develop the community managers in a way that evokes strong performance and creates and maintains an environment of optimal productivity and morale in the team.
    • Provide proactive strategy and guidance with clients, leveraging their expertise in social media.
    • Provide proactive and specific feedback to clients regularly – be a voice for the brand across all social platforms
    • Oversee the strategic processes and the quality of the social team. Management of team and daily operations (stand ups, check-ins)
    • Resource management and new team member training
    • Manages team leave and adherence
    • Resolves conflict in a timely and effective manner

    Requirements

    Experience and education: 

    • Degree or diploma in journalism, communications or English, or a PR or corporate communications certificate
    • Minimum two and a half years of active community management on behalf of brands
    • Minimum two and a half years of online copywriting or social media writing experience
    • Excellent understanding of the social media marketing and related disciplines including content strategy, online video and influencer engagement
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Healthy personal social media presence
    • Technical understanding of social networks’ design and functionality specs
    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
    • Proficiency and experience in social scheduling and listening tools

    Digital Design Director

    We're looking for a Digital Design Director with an amazing portfolio. A creative individual that loves digital and thinks in pictures & pixels.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Working as part of a the design team you'll be responsible for the design of digital campaign work including web layouts and design, social media design.
    • Manage the delivery of the briefs/concepts through to final deliverables, ensuring all artworks are delivered on the and to specification.
    • Present ideas and creative to stakeholders for sign off.
    • Help with the broader design team's workload where appropriate.
    • Ensure a consistent visual identity, and look and feel across all deliverables in order to maximise the customer experience and brand identity.
    • Demonstrate a clear understanding and ability to translate brands into digital executions and think 'digital first' when creating design experiences.

    Requirements:

    • Experience working in a senior design position, leading a team of designers.
    • Strong experience of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Sketch, illustrator)
    • Experience in Invision, Craft, Figma, XD would be great but not mandatory.
    • Interest in web design, user experience and user interface design.
    • Adapt to change and respond positively to new challenges and deadlines.
    • An eye-catching portfolio that demonstrates a blend of commercial, digital and print design.
    • A relentless focus on attention to detail and consistency.
    • An ability to take ownership and work in an autonomous manner.
    • Highly imaginative hands on a creative thinker who is curious about clients' products or services, an appreciation for branding.
    • Can manage the delivery of the approved concepts through to final deliverables, ensuring all artworks are delivered on time and to specification.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders.
