    Export Controller

    • Advanced PC literacy (MS Office)
    • Competence in the use of SAP would be advantageous
    • Experience in organising a wide variety of tasks under pressure
    • Good analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently or with little or no supervision

    Minimum Qualifications Requirements

    • Minimum qualification of Matric
    • A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous (Certificate/Diploma in International Trade and Export Logistics)
    • At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a FMCG environment
    • Strong Administrative Skills
    • Knowledge of product portfolio in the export environment

    Shift Team Leader

    • Reducing unplanned downtime
    • Minimising losses and write-off
    • Improve OEE. (Overall Equipment Efficiency ) and (ME) Machine Efficiency
    • Manage brand and size change over

    Trade Marketing Manager

    • Develop the Channel Go to Market trade strategy to deliver on country aspirations
    • Drive the annual channel architecture, tiering and clustering in line with national framework.
    • Define the channel size and commercial aspirations
    • Evaluate channel coverage and route to market for channel
    • Develop the picture of success per outlet type within channel
    • Develop account prioritization that informs the account investment strategy and the rep incentive model
    • Develop the annual the commercial channel strategy and guardrails to deliver on HT&R aspirations including tailored service packages and loyalty programmes
    • Develop the On Trade Group Accounts plans and targets, and deliver on these with the team of brand ambassadors and sales representatives

    The Successful Candidate Must Preferably Have The Following Experience/skills

    • A formal relevant Commercial qualification
    • 8+ years’ experience in FMCG environments - preferably Alcohol Beverages
    • Proven capability in marketing, trade marketing, and key accounts management
    • Great strategic and commercial skills- backed by strong abstract thinking
    • Proven track record in program development, management and implementation
    • Sound understanding of financial concepts and profitability analyses
    • Technology and systems proficiency (future fit)
    • Excellent presentation and influencing skills (up to board level.)
    • Adept at handling challenging interpersonal relationships.
    • The ability to travel extensively and drive trade execution

    The Successful Candidate Must Preferably Have The Following Experience/skills

    • A relevant post-graduate qualification in Sales / Marketing / Retail with a sound understanding of financial concepts and profitability analyses is preferable.
    • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing/ innovation/ business development, ideally across a range of categories/FMCG’s.
    • Sound management, negotiating, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Exposure to the retail market and working with key accounts.
    • Computer proficiency in all MS Office packages.
    • Good presentation skills and ability to present at board level.
    • Adept at handling challenging interpersonal relationships.
    • Tactful when dealing with others and carefully considers how a decision will influence / affect them
    • Develops and communicates clear measures and standards of success in terms of timeous execution
    • Can effectively negotiate on the correct negotiating tactics to address problems in own division / department.
    • Can lead a negotiating team which represent own division / department.
    • Can overcome deadlock by utilising correct negotiating tactics and Communication skills.
    • The ability to travel extensively as and when required.
