    Business Analyst

    • Works on multiple phases of a project and/or multiple small projects of moderate scope and sometimes complex assignments.
    • Applies standards and methodologies, provides expertise and support on use of methods and tools.
    • Responsible for needs analysis, project or task planning, process/data analysis and modeling and/or logical database design.
    • Ensures that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are recorded.
    • Identifies and assesses risks to the success of the project. Agrees the project approach with stakeholders, and prepares realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracking activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
    • Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems, and identifying potential benefits and available options for consideration.
    • Produces specific business cases and scenarios and defines and documents system acceptance criteria.

    Technical Engineer

    Works autonomously and acts as a senior providing professional advice, managing and/or coordinating a technical area. Leads technical areas within Quality Engineering projects using available frameworks and tools and establishing project plans with on-time and on-budget project goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leads multiple phases of technical areas within a project and/or multiple small projects of moderate scope and sometimes complex assignments. Responsible for a certain area and conditions.
    • Assures the project meets quality standards by providing technical guidance in planning, designing, executing testing, and developing procedures relating to product quality.
    • Applies data analysis, data modelling, and quality engineering techniques, based upon a detailed understanding of business processes, to establish and maintain data structures and associated components (entity descriptions, relationship descriptions, attribute definitions).
    • Leads the creation of test cases using own in-depth technical analysis of non-functional specifications.
    • Writes high quality scripts in a chosen tool and builds into a scenario to test defined non-functional use cases.
    • Accurately identifies project risks and reports effectively to relevant stakeholders.
    • Implements robust error handling and clear/consistent reporting functionality, investigating and reporting on hazards and potential risk events within a project or business area.
    • Creates traceability records, from test cases back to requirements, reports on system quality and collects metrics on test cases.

    Test Manager

    • Develops strategies and directs teams with diverse scope.

    Performance Tester

    Works independently taking full responsibility for a certain area. Works on quality engineering projects using available frameworks and tools and establishing plans for projects with on-time and on-budget project goals. Primary role in Quality Engineering in the areas of analysis and design, implementation and system integration, and execution, in line with agreed plans and strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Performance testing of Web Based UI's and SOAP/ REST API Testing
    • Integration of tests into CI/ CD Pipelines via Jenkins

    • Creates and executes basic non-functional test scripts following a given set of guidelines and sets up test environments, data and monitors.
    • Designs, codes, tests and documents simple programs or scripts and assists in the implementation of software which forms part of a properly engineered system.
    • Coordinates the information gathering and reporting process, conducting research to define problems and preparing responses to anticipated questions.
