    CRM Manager

    CRM Manager - Your Mission

    We are on a mission to create a new vertical of online education that will combine the world’s leading universities with innovative and industry leading companies to give learners actionable career focused outcomes. As the CRM Manager you will be responsible for the setup, management and continuous improvement of our CRM and automated nurture strategy as well as community building and managing through newsletters. Email marketing and lead nurturing, as part of the CRM lifecycle at FourthRev, are vital to ensuring that we are able to convert inbound leads to learners as well as add maximum value to potential leads and learners. 

     

    You will be working on both strategy and execution of building out an expert CRM capability within FourthRev. It’s our mission to build out the best team in the world, and you’ll be a part of making that a reality. 

     

     

    What you will be doing with us

    • Build, manage, maintain and optimise email campaigns, ensuring:

      • Emails are relevant to the audience receiving them.

      • We understand the performance of our email lists and campaigns.

      • We always send emails to the right person, in the right place, at the right time with the right message.

      • Emails are performing at high rates across all key metrics.

      • Sender reputation is healthy.

      • We are running regular experiments and A/B tests to increase conversion of our email campaigns.

      • Create and manage our newsletter strategy and lists.

      • We are always respecting our audience’s privacy and have world-class privacy processes.

    • Reporting:

      • Delivering a report with insights on email metrics

      • Make data-driven decisions to improve overall email performance and health of our email campaigns.

    • Work well with other marketing team members to execute on multi-channel campaigns. 

    • Emails campaigns are driving core OKRs at FourthRev. 


    What you'll need to join us 

    • Have a data-driven approach to problem solving

    • Work well with Google sheets or Excel

    • Experience with email marketing tools that include: building and managing audiences, building and editing emails in html form and email builders and importing and exporting data from these tools.

    • Strong written and verbal communication.

    • Ideally has experience with Google Analytics and/or other data tools.

    • Creating and executing on user journey flow maps for all email engagement across FouthRev.

    • Some experience with launching a new email tool or migrating to a new tool would be beneficial,

    Senior Copywriter

    Senior Copywriter - Your Mission

    As our Senior Copywriter at FourthRev, you play a key part in growing FourthRev internationally. You will be connecting our partner universities, our tech partners and the FourthRev brand in a way that helps best position the value of our courses and drive student sign ups. Being able to understand and report on content marketing performance is key to being successful in this role. 

     

    Your core responsibility is to create a compelling narrative that takes our university partners' brand requirements into account and create key marketing assets that FourthRev will use to reach our core markets internationally.

    What you'll be doing with us

    • Take new courses and new partners to market

    • Creating and testing content, using data to optimise results

    • Assist in the production of marketing and brand assets to market and sell our courses

    • Ensure all marketing assets are created according to our university brand guidelines and are signed off internally before use by outsourced provider

    • Act as custodian of our university partner brands, providing direction and guidance to outsourced providers, and ensuring quality is maintained at all times

    Paid Media Manager / Campaign Manager

    Paid Media Manager - Your Mission

    Paid Media is a vital acquisition channel at FourthRev and one used to attract and convert our learners. As we grow and learn about our audience, we will need to ensure that we are using the best possible channels to reach them.You’ll be tying together & distributing our brand narrative and moving people through the funnel, ultimately converting into learners signing up on our platform.

     

    You’ll have a lot of freedom to try things within a framework of strong principles to guide you. You will work closely with agencies as well as build in-house capabilities to run and deliver on our paid media efforts. We have ambitious growth goals and to achieve these we will need to test and learn quickly.

     

    While the primary focus will be on acquiring learners for our Career Accelerator courses, you’ll also be working on campaigns for brand awareness and testing new markets and new marketing channels.You will be working on both strategy and execution of building out an expert performance marketing capability within FourthRev. It’s our mission to build out the best team in the world, and you’ll be a part of making that a reality.


     

    What you'll be doing with us 

    • Build a robust system that enables us to

      • Scalably acquire new learners in the UK, Europe and other areas at a toralable CPA

      • Launch cost efficient, effective ads and campaigns for existing and new courses

      • Manage university brand reputation

    • Experiment with channels, messaging & audiences to optimise acquisitions and conversion rates and CPAs across all countries and courses. 

    • Work with the marketing team to optimise our paid channel user journeys for increased conversion rates (CRO).

    • Work with the content and design teams to plan, execute and distribute paid content that is within the scope of the universities brand guidelines.

    • Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and wider company, on paid media performance and how this is driving the core FourthRev metrics.

    • Operate with a lot of freedom and autonomy - taking the initiative to grow the business by the most effective means. 

     

    What you'll need to join us 

    • Expert (world class) in at least one paid channel

      • Proven examples of adding business value

      • Has planned and implemented end-to-end campaigns

      • Considers all avenues for reaching the right users & is able to prioritise impactful work

      • Can at least work on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads with some experience of other channels being a bonus.

    • Very strong on both social and search platforms

    • Good at briefing content creators and designers

    • Able to document thoughts and plans well

    • Exposure to / has worked in team who do education/EdTech marketing 

    • Good at data analysis

      • Google sheets/Excel power user

      • Has worked with analytics software

      • GA experience

    • Experience implementing attribution 

      • Can implement tracking pixels

      • Can set up conversion tracking on paid media platforms 

    • Excellent communicator

    • Works well cross functionally

      • Content, Design, Product, external partners and university teams
