    Senior Manager: Communications.

    Communications.

    • The Communications Manager will set and guide the strategy for all communications, website, and public relations messages and collateral to consistently articulate HINT ‘s objectives. The Communications Manager will work closely with a senior peer group within the organization as the communications partner on a variety of strategic initiatives.

    Strategic Communication

    • Develop HINT internal communications strategy and plan to facilitate effective engagement with employees;
    • Coordinate all region-wide communications strategy, planning and delivery
    • Lead the generation of online content that engages audience segments and leads to measurable action.
    • Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral
    • Support the continuous improvement of the core set of internal communication channels

    • Required Knowledge and Experience

    Actuarial Analyst : Product.

    Hello…an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard Life Solutions, Finance area. We are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator.

    Assisting and supporting the Product Manager and team in meeting divisional objectives

    • Define benefit product specifications for new product developments
    • Technical pricing (assumption setting, premium calculation, pricing review and financial business projections) of new products and benefits
    • Ensure alignment of new and existing products to legislation, industry guidelines or codes.
    • Testing benefits and process are implemented in line with specifications
    • Monitor ongoing performance of products and ensure benefit development objectives are met
    • Providing sign-off of customer facing documentation and ensuring that these are compliant to Governance standards within Hollard
    • Product queries from customers on benefits and values and resolve customer queries appropriately
    • Ad-hoc projects and investigations in support of business enablement

    IT Data Architect.

    The Data Architect will be responsibility to develop, optimize and oversee Hollard Life Solutions conceptual and logical data systems, this will include preparing architect reports, monitoring the system, and supervising system migrations. Will also need to know how to examine new data system requirements and implement migration models.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.
    • Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.
    • Develop, manage and execute data architecture, policies, practices, processes, patterns to meet the Data LifeCycle needs of the business unit
    • Evaluate hardware and software platforms (internal and external) to ensure compliance with current and future business unit requirements
    • Translate business unit requirements into long term architectural solutions
    • Review object and data models to restructure data for improved management and faster analytics
    • Project control and co-ordination to ensure data initiatives are managed to ensure delivery to timelines while being under budget
