Job Description
It's an exciting time of growth for IFF, we’re inviting a dedicated and results driven individual to join us as Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support for “Executive Team (EC).”

Your Focus

• As Executive Assistant, you will handle complex meeting agenda and calendar management. In addition, you will manage the travel arrangements and reporting of travel expenses in compliance with Global policy.
• Apart from secretarial administration there would be opportunities for you to be involved in event management of team meetings. These team meetings comprise of onsite, offsite or remote meetings for either Regional or Global Functional Leaders. Employee engagement initiatives support, coordination of special events and follow through on office operation related matters are also key accountabilities of this role.
• The Executive Assistant will coordinate with cross functional leaders or managers and other EAs for data information, cascading of information and other ad-hoc administrative matters or request, which includes but is not limited to reception duties, Visa invitation, orientation planning, researching, events support and travels coordination.

About You

• To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years’ secretarial and administrative support experience for Senior Executive Committee or VP level.
• You should have proven track record in calendar management, complex travel arrangements, hotel and flight bookings, VISA applications, expenses reimbursement and events planning or coordination.
• You should possess either a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institute. You should be well-versed in MS Office and SAP PR, any other software application skills will be a plus.
• A fast and efficient team player, you are detail oriented, dependable with the ability to anticipate the needs of your manager or other functional leaders. You have quick learning capability, the willingness to take on challenges, and have no issues going the extra mile or attending to urgent assigned task.
• Well presented with good articulation skills you should have excellent command of English, proficiency in any other languages will be an added advantage.

Role Overview

The N&B Accountant is responsible for the preparation and end to end reporting of the US GAAP financial statements of all the entities under his/her responsibility in compliance with Corporate policies. He/she has a key role in the closing activities and internal controls of the legal entities under his/her scope and he/she is the main contact for accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the accurate completion of all month-end closing activities for the entities under own responsibility.
• Prepare and analyze the reporting of all entities, i.e. Trend Analysis, Cash Flow, Sales Gross Margin… Analyze data and translate into meaningful information.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance of all applicable Internal Controls in the Accounting & Reporting area. Reconcile all accounts under his/her responsibility.
• Develop and maintain strong effective working relationship with all stakeholders.
• Be a center of expertise and support in all technical accounting matters.
• Participation in projects as needed.

What You Need To Succeed

• University degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 3 years of accounting and financial reporting experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• Good Microsoft Office skills required.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Additional languages will be considered a plus.

Job Requirements

As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for…

• Responsible for the supervision of the analytical and sensory laboratories as well as overseeing the facility's food safety program on an ongoing basis.
• Management and review of the workflow and quality (alignment with other plants, procedures update, participation to QC meetings, links with other QC lab ...)
• Management of the relationships between Sales, Production, Warehouse.
• Enhancement of the team competencies (training suggestion, management of  maintenance and troubleshooting, mass specs library update, request for  new softwares access )
• Activities include, but are not limited to, prioritizing daily assignments, training QC associates, and completing quality control work as needed. 
• The manager is responsible for the successful performance of the team with regards to business metrics as it relates to the usage decisions of the raw and finished materials. 

Required Skills 

• Degree in Science or Engineering. 
• Experience in the following: Quality Auditing, Quality Control, Quality and Food Safety Systems, Regulatory and Quality Assurance.
• Five (5) years’ experience or more in a variety of disciplines including quality and manufacturing.
• Industry experience that includes factory management, supply chain management, quality and food safety management.
• Experience with HACCP, sanitation, allergen control, GMP, GFSI, ISO9001 and other quality programs.
• Development of team members 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP. 
• Verbal and written communication skills in Japanese/English. 
• Understanding of basic statistical analysis and familiarity with the use of statistics. 
• Working experience in analytical method development and validation. 

Required Experience 

• Experience in the following: Quality Auditing, Quality Control, Quality and Food Safety Systems, Regulatory and Quality Assurance.
• Five (5) years’ experience or more in a variety of disciplines including quality and manufacturing.
• Industry experience that includes factory management, supply chain management, quality and food safety management.
• Experience with HACCP, sanitation, allergen control, GMP, GFSI, ISO9001 and other quality programs.
• Working knowledge in SAP
• Bachelor of Science in Science in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field with 7-10 years of analytical testing experience in a food processing / production environment.
• Previous flavor house/food additive experience preferred.
