    Administration Clerk

    Job Description

    • A dynamic trade enablement company is looking for an experienced Administration Clerk with strong invoicing, reconciliation, and finance administration experience.
    • The successful candidate will support financial operations by preparing accurate invoices, managing supplier administration, reconciling documentation, and ensuring data integrity across accounting systems.
    • This role is suited to a detail-oriented individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare accurate customer invoices using Sage Cloud Accounting.
    • Match invoices to delivery notes and proof of delivery documentation.
    • Process credit notes in accordance with approved procedures and internal controls.
    • Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoicing and account-related queries.
    • Support month-end finance processes and general financial administration activities.
    • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across accounting and invoicing systems.
    • Reconcile delivery notes from service providers and customers against supplier invoices.
    • Reconcile supplier invoices to supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Assist with supplier onboarding and credit application processes.

    Requirements:

    • Matric (Grade 12) essential.
    • 1–5 years' experience in invoicing and general administration.
    • Proven experience using Sage Cloud Accounting.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience in reconciliations and reporting.
    • Experience within wholesale, distribution, trading, trade enablement, logistics, or bulk commodities environments would be advantageous.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
