    Mill Support Administrator

    • To provide confidential and high-level administrative support to the Mill Manager and the Facility Management Team.  The Administration Assistant is a critical part of the management and is expected to support the team and the daily management of the Admin office. The role requires the ability to work in an autonomous manner with minimum instruction and direction, establishing credibility as the “go-to-person” resolving concerns, identifying solutions, facilitating communication and ensuring a smooth running of the office.
    • To provide administration support to the Mill Team and Support Functions, liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders. Co-ordinating, scheduling, recording, distribution, in sourcing, travel and accommodation key support. Mill key liaison and communications support.

    In this role, you will:

    • Assistant to Mill Manager, provides administrative support to FMT, Mill Team and Mill Visitors
    • Ensure the smooth running of the Admin office, Reception Area and Admin Storage room.
    • Booking and co-ordination of all travel arrangements for Mill Manager, FMT and Mill Teams when required. 
    • Raise purchase orders and placing samples order

    Finance Lead

    • In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
    • Finance lead, partnering with the SSA Commercial lead and driving financial performance across the business unit. As P&L owner, you will have responsibility to lead, challenge and influence business planning, commercial analysis and key strategic decisions to ensure results delivery in both current year and 3 year Strategic Planning  timeframe.

    • Co-pilot and P&L ownership for the business unit alongside SSA Commercial Leads in Family Care (Consumer), Personal Care (Consumer)  and Professional (B2B)

    • Ownership of top-line forecast and commercial analysis to support strategy execution, strengthen in-market performance and improve overall decision making to deliver both top line growth and margin improvement
    • Financial leadership across the business unit’s commercial finance including Revenue Management, Innovation & Portfolio Management, Investment ROI (A&P and Capex)
    • Collaborate across Finance function within SSA / EMEA CFO, Delivered Cost, Controllership, Global Business Services, Management Information Delivery with a “CFO mindset” for the business unit

    Distributer Account Manager - SA Inland

    • Managing a selected portfolio of distributor and end user customers that have been selected either as a defined customer portfolio or in a defined geographical area.

    In this role, you will:

    • Responsible for the management of selected channel partners and associated End Users in a defined area (customer portfolio or geography):
    • Treatment (as per Commercial Policies when implemented)
    • Contract Management
    • Revenue generation (New Business /Pricing)
    • Margin Improvement (Price / Mix)
    • Understanding the market segments, resellers and end users served by the distributor
    • Ability to coordinate gap analysis and with knowledge of the route to market, supply chain and touch points.
    • Ability to execute the annual plans, in some cases / where applicable created through the Lead DAM and Senior DAM, but also able to build and execute plans for identified larger independent channels in area.
    • Complete understanding of rebate & Marketing Development Fund principles and their effect on the business (where applicable)
    • Understand and clearly communicate, both internally and externally, ownership of customers (either distributor or KCP), for management of specific activities (e.g.: price increase).
    • Management of account receivables to avoid bad debts (liaise with credit control / distributors to ensure compliance with payment terms).
    • Typically manages a medium portfolio size (varies depending on Country/Cluster)
    • Building DSR shadow salesforce (training, incentives, in-field coaching), where applicable.
    • Works to support identification of potential new Key Accounts to be worked by NBD
    • Collaborates with KAMs & NBDs to enable New Business with Channel Partners as well as rollout of national contracts to local sites
    • Driving loyalty and penetration (esp. via cross selling) with existing and generate business with new end users directly or indirectly
    • Build and Manage Relationships with key stakeholders both within the channel partners and the KCP regional business
    • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to build joint business plans  
    • Engage our DSR to enable them to grow our business through training, loyalty programs, incentive programs, etc

    • Experience in account management (+3 Years) in the Hygiene industry
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups (e.g., finance, operations, marketing)
    • Significant B2B sales experience preferred
    • Analytical and critical thinking skills; commercially aware
    • Digital selling proficiency desired – training, selling, compile videos to prospect new customers.
    • Self-Motivated by intellectual challenges and curiosity
    • Able to communicate well with external/internal stakeholders to influence change
    • A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances
