    Payroll Administartor

    Job Description

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team for a maternity cover.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll while coordinating closely with operational teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date records.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Payroll Processing:

    • Prepare and process weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time
    • Ensure correct calculations of salaries, wages, deductions, and overtime
    • Uploading of payments to banking platform
    • Getting approval and payment

    Rosters & Coordination:

    • Review staff rosters for accuracy and alignment with payroll
    • Liaise with the operational team to query and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and schedules

    System Management:

    • Import payroll data into the payroll system (e.g. Sage)
    • Maintain employee payroll records and update changes promptly

    Compliance & Reporting:

    • Submit statutory returns (PAYE, UIF, SDL)
    • Prepare and submit EMP201s and assist with EMP501 reconciliations and IRP5 submissions
    • Ensure compliance with SARS and Department of Labour regulations

    Support Functions:

    • Generate payslips and distribute securely
    • Handle employee payroll queries with professionalism and confidentiality
    • Assist in audits and reporting as required

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in payroll administration
    • Strong knowledge of South African tax and labour laws
    • Proficiency in payroll software and Excel

    Purpose:

    • The Sales Operations Lead is responsible for managing the entire sales life cycle of the business, both directly and indirectly through the sales team and directors' instructions, this will include prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities; growing the customer base; presenting face-to-face and online demonstrations. proposing and closing managed service contracts; as well as the sale of services and products offered bythe company.

    • An exciting and challenging opportunity has become available for an experienced and suitably qualified Procurement Officer focusing on Non-Trade Commodities.
    • This role is based within the Corporate Services team of our client, based in Durban

    Purpose of the Role:

    • To source, negotiate, and manage supplier agreements for non-trade items, ensuring effective procurement processes, cost savings, compliance with policies, and ongoing supplier risk management. The role also contributes to the development and implementation of procurement frameworks aligned to internal governance standards

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement
    • At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory procurement role
    • Additional 2 years of commercial/procurement experience will be advantageous

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build strong working relationships with business divisions to understand procurement needs
    • Develop and implement non-trade procurement frameworks and policies
    • Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts for non-trade commodities
    • Analyse procurement data to identify savings, risks, and process improvements
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and finance to establish procurement procedures
    • Conduct supplier evaluations and manage supplier performance and compliance

    • Oversee the stock management process from order through to delivery and replenishment
