    • Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls in accordance with predetermined schedules, campaigns and targets.

    OMF IT Agile Capability Manager

    Key responsibilities will include amongst others the following:

    • Actively demonstrate the importance of collaboration by working closely with all stakeholders to resolve resource issues and blockers across delivery teams.
    • Plan and track progress against strategic road maps whilst challenging and providing direction.
    • Contribute to the building of a strategically agile culture alongside the senior management team.
    • In conjunction with the Service Delivery Manager, ensure the staffing levels, skills and capabilities meet demand.
    • Communicate with the capability specialists to ensure they have the support and understanding they need to work at maximum effectiveness.

    Job Description

    • Defines and maintains architectural standards for the development, deployment and management of application, information, communication and technology infrastructure.
    • Governs and assists solution development to ensure conformance to the Group ICT architectural standards.
    • Governs and assists in the Life Cycle Management of solution to promote adherence to OMSA ICT Principles and synergy across Old Mutual plc.

    Intelligent Automation Engineer-1

    Focuses on business imperatives of significant operational and/or tactical importance at a specific point in time.     Automation Analyst

    This role functions as a subject matter expert in a specific field of administration / product / process. Often acts as a point of escalation for matters with higher level of complexity than those handled by Administrators. May act as a coach for administrative staff. Often consulted for system enhancements and testing. Resolves technical and complex problems especially in support of administrative queries/issues. Applies specialist knowledge in a focused role working with relatively complex information.

    Responsibilities

    • Central point of communication between RPA modelling team and business process SMEs
    • Gathers existing process documentation and reviews with process SMEs
    • Analyses and clearly documents business process requirements for the automation build including exception handing scenarios and process metrics such as volumes, SLAs, and cycle times
    • Works with business SMEs to identify potential reengineering opportunities to streamline the use of robotics (e.g., use of an application interface vs. an user screen)
    • Work closely with Blue Prism developers to understand and assist with the creation of their solution design, ensuring they deliver a solution that meets the business requirements.
    • Documents operational run books that describe the steps of the automated process and exception scenarios
    • Plans and facilitates user acceptance testing
    • Records and communicates defects identified by business in user acceptance testing
    • Responsible for obtaining sign off from the appropriate business process owners prior to deploying the robotic process into production
    • Provides training to the business process SMEs and their teams on performing the new process using robotics
    • Supports remediation of production defects, as needed
