    Moderation Agent

    • Are you keen to be on the front line of site content protection by ensuring that all vehicle related data is scrutinized through carefully, analyzing customer data, across all channels of the AutoTrader world. 
    • The moderation agent ensures any inaccurate information is rejected or repaired in line with Auto Traders’ strict quality standards. The moderation agent constantly seeks innovative ways to improve the customer experience on the AutoTrader website, whilst actively living the corporate value system.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric/ Grade 12
    • At least 2 years’ experience: Admin and Customer Support

    General Responsibilities

    • Escalate and resolve queries within a defined service level agreement (SLA)
    • Comprehensive knowledge across multiple internal and external facing systems and products:
    • Review, escalate and correct the following site content areas 
    • Performance analysis of customer profiles and high-risk customers are identified.
    • Service assistance to Onboarding when required (off site visits & stock loading)
    • Scrutiny: Rejecting suspected fraudulent adverts and repairing of low-quality private listings
    • Ensure all strategic ad hoc campaigns are understood and delivered on within agreed specs.
    • Reporting on weekly and monthly tasks and the performance of these tasks
    • Ensure all VINS are verified to correct data standards and escalated when unable to verify a VIN via the VIN verification process.

    Sales Performance Manager - Fieldsales - JHB

    • Expand customer base through new business development, focusing on:
    • Identifying and qualifying prospects via cold calls and outbound initiatives.
    • Building relationships with new customers to maximize revenue growth opportunities.
    • Ensure all client visits and calls align with the designated contact plan.
    • Maintain rigorous records of daily meetings and calls using activity tracking sheets.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate resources that aid in deal progression and closure.
    • Meet monthly targets to fulfill the defined customer contact plan for your area.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric or equivalent qualification with normal mathematics as a subject and passing with a minimum C-grade.
    • Formal sales qualification will be advantageous.

    • At least 3 years in a B2B sales environment
    • Minimum 3 years of experience working with MS Excel
    • Proficient in Google Suite products, such as Google Sheets and basic excel calculations
