    Alliance & Channel Intern (12 month program)

    Purpose of the Role

    • The Alliance & Channel Intern will play a vital role in supporting our Value Added Distributors across Africa. 

    What you will do

    • Collaborating with various lines of business and assisting Sales teams to drive revenue growth.
    • Onboarding new partners and providing guidance on our product offerings through the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) Programme.
    • Reviewing Partner Agreements and aiding in the renewal process.
    • Assisting Value Added Distributors by utilizing internal tools, ensuring they are updated on new developments and training opportunities.
    • Supporting partner events and reporting on activities, including tracking closed pipeline metrics.

    Tech Solutions Engineer Intern (12 month program)

    Purpose of the Role

    • The primary objective of the Tech Solutions Engineer (TSE) Intern role is to assist the wider TSE team in providing technical solutions while indirectly supporting the Tech Sales Representatives. The intern will act as a knowledge support structure for Oracle’s products and services, contributing to opportunity generation and enhancing the team's efficiency.

    What you will do

    • Support to the On-Prem Presales Team:
    • Identify value opportunities to generate leads.
    • Conduct research on the customer install base and provide insights into customer industries to support account strategies.
    • Drive action items for the team and assist in team meetings.
    • Reporting:

    Purpose of the Role

    • The SMB Tech Intern will support the OD Sales Team Cluster in generating demand and driving business development initiatives. This role aims to enhance brand visibility, build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers, and gain insights into customer needs and priorities. The intern will conduct research on customer financials to support account planning, assist in driving activities and pipeline development for the team’s territory, and ensure effective collaboration among team members and partners.
