    Strategy Consultant - Energy

    • Your key responsibilities will be to use strategic business consulting skills, to work with clients through all stages of strategy-based transformation projects. 
    • You will provide support in the consultation with clients to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients' strategic and operating success.
    • Primary requirements will include developing insights, conducting independent analysis, and developing hypothesis-based recommendations as part of the development of client specific transformational strategies.
    • You will be expected to develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, assist in client presentations and provide implementation assistance as required. 

    Key Attributes

    • Comfortable delivering both formal & informal presentations both internally & externally.
    • Strong written report skills are essential
    • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation (client and internal), establishing your credibility and gaining trust 
    • Flexibility and commercialism to manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a dynamic & results oriented environment.
    • Ability to work in teams in a strategic consulting environment as well as autonomously
    • Excellent communication skills

    Qualifications

    • Undergraduate degree from a top tier university and MBA from a top tier institution/ leading business school
    • Foreign language skills and international work experience are an advantage
