    Outbound Planner - P2

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Daily release of customer orders and include the management of auto, mass and manual release orders.
    • Daily review of suspended orders.
    • Execute the cancellation of orders based on customer requests, superseded items, etc..
    • Working with Inventory, Purchasing or Warehouse teams to source items.
    • Resolve order issues like incorrect addresses, shipping instructions, etc..

    Aging Management

    • Resolve any allocation problems on a daily basis, specifically suspended orders or cycle count problems.
    • Daily review and resolution of outstanding orders where source change has to be done, where it is linked to PO or DRP or where an order needs to be placed.
    • Weekly review of “Hold till complete” orders, where inventory has become available or where new PO or DRP has to be created.
    • Logistics Process and Support (LPS).
    • Review and resolve LPS tickets relating to expediting of orders, shipment discrepancy etc. on a daily basis.
    • Review Unit Down Orders and expedite accordingly on a daily basis.
    • Daily resolution of Sales orders that did not generate a Purchase Orders in System 21.
    • Quarterly review and maintenance of Customer. Masters:
    • Weekly communication to internal/external customers regarding progress on all open orders.

    Your Profile

    • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
    • Diploma/ Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a Warehousing/Distribution/Supply Chain environment
    • Experience in managing internal and/or external customer accounts
    • Good working knowledge of International Trade and Freight processes
    • Prior exposure to Aurora, DI and Qlikview is an advantage
    • Proficient in Microsoft office. Minimum requirement is to be proficient at intermediate level in Excel
    • Exposure to (Sandvik) EHS management systems
    • Proven ability to work efficiently within a Distribution Service environment and complete duties in an autonomous manner
    • Proven ability to effectively communicate, liaise and negotiate with a range of stakeholders
    • Commitment to excellence and timeliness in internal client service

    Recruitment Advisor x 2 - P1

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor who will participate in high volumes full life cycle recruitment from entry level to senior level positions. In this position, you will play an integral role to the overall success of the team by delivering a high level of service and thought leadership in the recruiting process ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Actively sources, recruits, screens, offers, and hires candidates
    • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
    • Respond to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities and status of job vacancies, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.
    • Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and develop interview questions in cooperation with the hiring manager and HR Generalist so interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
    • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process and job offer materials in accordance with the job specifications so successful candidates have all necessary information to decide to accept the position.
    • Develop and execute recruitment plans by partnering closely with the HR Generalists and HR Business Partners.
    • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process
    • Co-ordinate and implement college and career fairs.
    • Network through industry contacts and association memberships on best practice.
    • Perform administrative duties
    • Own the candidate experience from start to end and ensure an exceptional candidate experience: understanding candidate goals and needs, qualifying their competency and culture fit, managing the feedback loop, and coordinating an expedient and seamless interview process.

    Your Profile

    • Grade 12 / Equivalent Qualification
    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent (advantageous)
    • 3 - 5 years experience in end to end recruitment
    • 3 - 5 years experience in HR administration
    • English Proficiency
    • Mining Industry experience advantageous
    • Ability to manage multiple requisitions at a time
    • Able to demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy; ability to work independently
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills with all stakeholders such as candidates, employees, and managers
