    Creative Project Manager

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Manage 20+ concurrently ongoing high-paced creative projects -  from strategy to concept to production - all while working with a large number of clients and creators 
    • Build account strategy to proactively identify and meet your clients’ needs with creative work, developing a collaborative creative partnership and deep familiarity with their businesses along the way
    • Collaborate with creative professionals to ensure creative work meets both the needs of our clients and our exceptional bar for creative quality - including final review and sign-off
    • Guide, discuss and clarify client needs into concise design briefs and processes, and present output and discuss feedback with clients
    • Scope, budget, plan, coordinate and execute your projects while motivating your design team to deliver 10/10 client experiences on every single project
    • Brief, staff and manage designers as a helpful value-adding partner
    • Work closely together with designers, other project managers, sales reps, and customer support reps across the world

    • 3+ years of Project Management / Account Management experience in the creative industry or department

    Entreprise Customer Success Manager

    What You'll Do

    • Manage the post-sales relationship of 20 to 40 of Superside’s subscription customers, which includes onboarding, product training, user adoption, quarterly business reviews and renewal/expansion efforts. 
    • Grow relationships with customers to drive adoption and develop loyal promoters
    • Guide customers with proactive solutions that will help them increase the value of their Superside subscription. 
    • Manage and keep track of account health of all your accounts and act upon any potential churn risks such as drop in usage, negative feedback or relevant organizational/market changes. 
    • Collaborate closely with Superside creative project delivery team to ensure we provide the best customer experience possible.
    • Identify areas for growth within existing accounts and drive adoption and expansion initiatives. 

    What You'll Need
    Bachelor Degree or higher within Creative, Communication, or similar / Bachelor in Business or Marketing
    3+ years of related client-facing experience, preferably from a Creative/Ad Agency and/or SaaS environment (Customer Success, Post-Sales, Design Operations, Consulting, Business Development, Business Unit Manager/Director, Account Manager/Director etc.)
    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, good at presenting ideas and discussing solutions in large groups
    Ability to find relevant client stakeholders, “open doors” and get face time
    Strong customer relationship building skills, with ability to manage expectations and build trust
    Experience engaging with end-users, evangelizing a solution and drive adoption across multiple stakeholder groups
    Ability to quickly learn relevant design production/operations/process concepts and consult customers on these

    Head of Employer Marketing

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Develop and implement Superside employer identity, branding and recruitment marketing strategy
    • Understand, develop and present Superside employee value props
    • Investigate and address candidate concerns and objections at scale

    Sales Development Representative

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Work directly with global enterprise partners, mainly in the tech and SaaS industry
    • Lead the strategy, developed with the Account Executives, to recycle old paid Leads.

    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Manage end-to-end candidate’s recruiting to ensure that the best talents get the job, including drafting of job descriptions,  job posting, candidate research, interviews, assessments, and reference checks
    • Ensure that  all candidates and hiring managers have a great experience
    • Help building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs by exploiting all available levers for both inbound and outbound channels
    • Effectively brand Superside to candidates by providing compelling information about the company’s strategy, capabilities and employment value proposition
    • Maintain the appropriate internal processes and tools necessary to scale recruiting operations in a fast-growing team
    • Work daily with teammates and hiring managers located globally

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

    • 2+ years of experience in recruiting
    • Excellent verbal and written English 
    • Good experience with the use of the G Suite (especially Google Sheets)
    • Ability to independently conduct interviews and evaluate candidates on the basis of a predefined candidate profile
    • Ability to track your own work and provide timely status updates
    • Ability to multitask with overview and structure to meet deadlines 
    • Ability to work in a team (remote) and effectively collaborate and manage expectations of different internal stakeholders
